Jud McMillin filed and amicus brief stating he finds James Bopp, Sheila S. Kennedy, Phyllis Schlafly, Eugene Volokh and all members of the Indiana Association of Scholars, the Indiana Coalition on Open Government, the Hoosier State Press Association and NUVO to be criminally intimidating and bordering on perjury, intending to obstruct justice in the near future and overall harsh in their online criticism of his golfing buddies and fellow politically "connected" and "protected" power mad cronies.
If only I had any faith in our local officials to look at the national and bipartisan tidal wave forming against them as a sign that maybe, just maybe, they aren't doing things the right way *sigh*
