  1. Growth with no consideration and deliberation towards the infrastructure needs and capabilities of the community, have left countless communities across this country in the same boat!

And a sinking tide leaves all boats in a smelly muck!

    ReplyDelete
  2. What this homeowner needs is a "forced sewer hook-up letter" from Brett and friends!

That will stimulate the economy and lower taxes for this homeowner!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Is Dearborn County next??

    ReplyDelete
  4. IF THE INDUSTRY AND BUSINESS PLUS TWO STADIUMS IN THE STATE CAPITAL CAN'T HOLD THE OWNERS PROPERTY TAXES TO AN AFFORDABLE RATE, WHAT DOES THE DCEDI AND CHAMBER THINK THEY WILL ACCOMPLISH BY ELIMATING THE FAMILY FARMERS OF DEARBORN COUNTY

    ReplyDelete
  5. Our tax dollars went to the DCEDI to further line the pockets of a handful of the politically connected of this county!

It would seem they have trouble with lining their own pockets without our tax dollars or extorting money from others!

    ReplyDelete
  6. "FOR SALE BY ONWER, DUE TO UNFAIR TAXES"

A POLITICALLY CONNECTED REALTOR/DEVELOPER/PUBLIC OFFICIAL'S DREAM COME TRUE!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  7. So how do we stop this from happening here?

    ReplyDelete
  8. it's simple, buy more houses.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Just think if we had every wasted dollar of government back again!

Every taxpayer dollar thrown to every politcally connected scoundrel back again!

Every ten dollars of the taxpayer invested in some fly by night operation so some friend of a friend of a politician could make one dollar back again!

  10. When the housing industry gets tough...

...the dishonest realtor/developers kick up their theiving schemes into high gear...

    ...witness the DCRSD!

Taxing folks off their land is just another form of government providing for realtor/developer charity!

Fehrman and friends will be demanding food stamps next!

  11. Fly the Flag on 9-11

    Please everyone stop this fussing
and name calling and fly the flag
    we need to stick together

    please please

  12. There are enemys to the families of Dearborn County outside and inside our borders.

Those who would steal your home and savings are no better than any other terrorists.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Always remain vigilant and on your guard!

911 happened because we were not paying attention!

The DCRSD happened because we were not paying attention!

Tell us when the Dearborn County public was informed when you went from an entity to fix High Ridge, to a regional concern, hellbent on having existing home and property owners subsidize a handful of realtor/developers?

  18. "Sick Puppies" are those who see no ethical or moral implications in stealing from their neighbors in order for a few of the politically connected can profit!

    ReplyDelete
  19. The DCRSD's role models are those crooks up in St. Leon making life miserable for the good, decent and honest folks surrounding St. Leon! Chuck Andres and Brett Fehrman are two peas from the same pod! It is no wonder Dillsboro or the SDRSD do not want anything to do with these DCRSD's schemers!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Frank Kramer is DCrSD lawyer, but the groundwork, for "the county take over" without a bit of infrastructure or treatment capacity, was orchestrated through Lisa Lehner by Parvin Price. This Parvin Price "double pay" lawyer is now the lawyer for LMS in "tuckerville". Wait till he gets the DCrSD and Tucker paying his fees to trump the SDRSD. Money will fly out of the county; the likes of only seen by VRUC in the last 12 years. VRUC has payed 1 to 2 mollion dollars and still are paying Price $20,000 per month on the remainder of unbilled legal services.

Commissioners, before it's too late and millions of dollars are wasted on legalese,

    Desolve the DCrSD Now!

    ReplyDelete
  21. I'm sure there are a few selfish members of the DCRSD's Board who would view a million dollars in legal bills, paid by the taxpayers, as worth it, if they could still make a couple of bucks off the backs of these self-same taxpayers. Brett sure seems to characterize a kid who feels "entitled" to other people's money!

    ReplyDelete
  22. "Brett sure seems to characterize a kid who feels "entitled" to other people's money!"

The DCRSD, from its very inception and genesis, has been about nothing else other than the use of OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY to profit the likes of Brett Fehrman!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. "WORD OUT" to those who require the coerced hard earned dollars of others to earn a living:

YOU ARE IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK!!!

    ReplyDelete
  24. "VRUC has payed 1 to 2 mollion dollars and still are paying Price $20,000 per month on the remainder of unbilled legal services. "

    There she blows again!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. "There she blows again!!!!!!"

Please, Brett, quit shaking and shouting with anticipated glee of of leading the DCRSD into the second coming of the VRUC redux!

  26. The picture shown here on this blog is a good picture however, the person taking the picture can not be a good american for the manner in which we finance our government depends a great deal on tax money as does our schools and etc. What is his point Thank you in advance for I know you will have a great answer to my question.

    ReplyDelete
  27. "...depends a great deal on tax money..."

Having politicians capable of exercising good stewardship with OUR money would be a good start to lowering our overall tax bills!

Look at the money "thrown away" in this County alone to special interests or just via the "good ole boy/gal" network!

Further, development, with no eye to future costs of infrastructure, is yet another recipe for disaster for the taxpayer!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I agree, Dearborn county once had a gentleman commissioner who seem to be very educated however used the county credit card for his own bills, I guess you would say he was not a good steward of of our tax money.

    ReplyDelete
  29. "I guess you would say he was not a good steward of of our tax money."

    Damn straight!!!

Nor was recent female commissioner who did any favor and her best to throw every tax dollar to the development crowd a good steward of OUR money!

Worse, she did her best to silence her detractors!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Consider the amount those living around Brett's proposed subdivision will be "taxed" to hook in to his sewers because of his "political connections" and his "good ole boy" ties!

Which that recent female commissioner played a large part in fostering!!!

    Explain please!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Which that recent female commissioner played a large part in fostering!!!

Most of us living in High Ridge are still awaiting the delivery of "her" promises how the DCRSD would "fix" our problems!

To date, it would seem we were all duped for the benefit of Rodney Dennerline, Brett Fehrman and a handful of realtors and developers!

A charitable view of her lies is that they were the result of some socio-pathological disease to impress others with her perceived and abused power!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Explain please!

She was the number one cheerleader for the DCRSD as a commissioner.

So much so, that she was hired as the secretary of the DCRSD by those she so supported after her loss to Thompson!

Political Patronage, to the n'th degree!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Vera Benning went from a public servant to a power-mad politico in the blink of an eye!

So much so, when she lost the primary, she could not control her hubris and immediately crossed party lines to find anyone who could foil Thompson in the general election!

A very pathetic showing on her part!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Political Patronage, to the n'th degree!

Mike Hankins, in his own words, pretty much said the same when he hired her on as the secretary of the DCRSD!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Dearborn County should work at finding ways to profit its citizens...

...but not at the expense of other citizens...

...which is something the realtor/developers of this County fail to realize, or at best consider, with their various and specific schemes to profit themselves through aliances with OUR County Government!

    ReplyDelete
  37. "Explain please!"

She was instumental in closing down "public comment" at commissioners' meetings because it was getting far too uncomfortable for her reator and developer handlers!

    ReplyDelete
  38. "A very pathetic showing on her part!"

    Speak with her neighbors!!!!!!!!!

    No surprise to them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. A charitable view of her lies is that they were the result of some socio-pathological disease to impress others with her perceived and abused power!

So you read what some wrote about her in her yearbook?

    ReplyDelete
  40. the person taking the picture can not be a good american for the manner in which we finance our government depends a great deal on tax money as does our schools and etc.

The "manner" in which we attempt to finance our government is too often confused by the greedy and the weak of intellect as a means to finance and line the pockets of themselves, as well as their peons, too lazy to strike out on their own!!!

    ReplyDelete
  41. "...too lazy to strike out on their own!!!"

Brett is at least pretending with all of his "community service," phony as it is!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. At least Brett performed community service. What have you done for your community?

    ReplyDelete
  43. Did we touch a soft spot or what?????????Ha Ha

    ReplyDelete
  44. At the end of the day most folks' "community service" does not cost the "community" as much as Brett's does!

When Brett is done "doing" the community, many will be bankrupt!

As far as "soft spots," are you referring to that spongy place between Brett's ears?

Why do you think he is limited to only working for his parents and stealing from the neighbors of his proposed subdivision to eck out a living?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Brett volunteers on the DCRSD Board, now many of us may have to get loans to subsidize his subdivision!

What a self-sacrificing, altruistic kid Brett is!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  46. What a self-sacrificing, altruistic kid Brett is!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:

    Real Estate is cyclical...

...it is now in a "down" cycle...

    ...so please beware...

...Brett is back to picking pockets!!!

    ReplyDelete
  47. If Brett is ever volunteering as an EMT, look for an organ donor racket!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  48. How do you know when Brett is helping the homeless?

When a number of the homeless wake up in a bathtub of ice, in a sleazy motel, minus a kidney!

    ReplyDelete
  49. "You're sick."

    Why?

Is he/she stealing from your neighbors to subsidize his/hers developments?

    Now, that is beyond sick!!!!!!!!

Sicker are those who enable such behavior!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Yes you or your friends are the victims of a Brett or similar con-man?

    ReplyDelete
  51. Yes you or your friends are the victims of a Brett or similar con-man?

I'm thinking this person feels "violated" by those restraining Brett from his dastardly deeds, stealing from the rest of us!

Me thinks this person has something to "gain" by Brett's theft!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Why, of course!!!!!

Money, no matter how gained, is what is most important to these cretins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if the ill-gotten gain comes out of the savings of good, church going folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Me thinks this person has something to "gain" by Brett's theft!

The entire basis behind the creation of the DCRSD!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. "The entire basis behind the creation of the DCRSD!!!!!!!!!!!!"

    But! But! But!

The DCRSD scam would have provided Brett with a little counterfeit swagger at Whiskeys!!!

  56. Say what you will about Fehrman, but, he doesn't seem to shy away from pocketing the savings of others to provide for his needs!

More common criminals still put up the pretense that they are not stealing your baby's milk money!

  57. COULD THIS BE A FELLOW REALTOR
    WRITTING ALL THIS BAD STUFF
    ABOUT BRETT?

  58. COULD THIS BE A FELLOW REALTOR
    WRITTING ALL THIS BAD STUFF
    ABOUT BRETT?

Brett does not have any "FELLOW" realtors, unless they are already incarcerated!!!

Believe it or not, most of the people posting here are home and property owners who do not want to be coerced into supporting Brett Fehrman and his projects!!!

Some of us do so look down upon those trying to steal from ourselves and our neighbors!!!

    It really is that simple!!!

    ReplyDelete
  59. You folks have gotten off the point.
    UNFAIR TAXATION
Have your received your new assessment yet? Mine went up over 50%.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Indiana has become just another "Wefare State," so our taxes must go up for all our grand politicians can buy more votes and payoff more friends!

    ReplyDelete
  61. ONE WOULD THINK, IF YOU DON'T LIKE
THE US THEN MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE IT IS JUST THAT SIMPLE.

  62. ONE WOULD THINK, IF YOU DON'T LIKE

How about we just ship our "shifty" politicians somewhere else!

It seem, that most of them, local, state or national, are just working some "angle" for personal enrichment or consolidation of their petty power base!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Career politicos are bleeding this County, State and Country dry!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Honest men and women, running for election to public office, have the entire brunt of the corrupt political machines used against them!

Look what happened last year in this County!

One honest man had to fight two beyond corrupt political machines, both machines well oiled by realtor/developer money!

All to keep our tax dollars flowing to the same realtor/developer interests!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Vieste, the DCEDI, all drains on OUR tax dollars!

For the benefit of the usual suspects!

    ReplyDelete
  66. One honest man had to fight two beyond corrupt political machines, both machines well oiled by realtor/developer money AND THAT GREAT STATESMAN, THE HONORABLE, VERY HONORABLE JOHNNY NUGENT.

Well yes I took that picture. The problem is that this poor guy's house, behind the sign, has to be sold. The guy has to sell his home because he can't pay his taxes that have gone through the roof.

I think that is vey sad. I'd hate to have to sell mine because of increased property taxes.

Of course the DCDEI crowd and Twinkle Toes' members don't give a damn. The sums that we are talking about are simply chump change to them but it's not chump change to most citizens.

Now what part of "the guy has to sell his house because he can't pay the increased proerty taxes" don't you understand? Do you want the guy to lose his home?

    ReplyDelete
  68. VERY HONORABLE JOHNNY NUGENT

Someone has a sense of humor, absurdity and a grasp of the sublime!!!!!!!!!

Snakes don't bite Johnny out of professional and practiced courtesy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  69. "Now what part of "the guy has to sell his house because he can't pay the increased proerty taxes" don't you understand? Do you want the guy to lose his home?"

These losers view tax and sheriff sales as an opportunity to catch up with old friends as they gather in some far corner of the sale, giggling about the good deal they are about to share in!

They share both their low character and their need to work at institutions their daddies' founded!

Pissant punks with too much time and trust fund monies to squander!
