  1. How come Brett Fehrman or Fehrman Realty is on several ofthese candidate contribution lists?

    ReplyDelete
  2. Owning politicians or the offices outright, permits the Fehrmans more access to OUR money!

Apparently, the rest of us owe them a living when home sales are slow!

  3. Somebody has some seriously free time to post this.

  4. Somebody has some seriously free time to post this.

Public information, posted publicly, makes you nervous?

Sounds like you may be suffering from severe withdrawl pangs from having your complete control of all things "publicly" related removed from your claws!

It is a brave new world and you no longer have that world by the short hairs?

How will you make a dollar now?

    ReplyDelete
  5. "It's a brave new world"

    Thanks Captain Kirk.

    What the hell was that?

  6. Aldous stole the title from some other literary hack, William "something!"

    "O wonder!
How many goodly creatures are there here!
    How beautious mankind is!
    O brave new world
    That has such people in't!"

But, of course, all those years in front of the TV have dulled your brain and left you only capable for occupations such as realtor, developer and if you are very slow...lawyer!

  7. Thanks Captain Kirk.

    Let me guess:

YOU ARE A 30 SOMETHING "TREKIE," UNMARRIED AND SPEND ALOT OF TIME PLAYING PRETEND HOT SHOT BUSINESSMAN AS YOUR MOMMY AND DADDY CARRY YOU ON THEIR PAYROLL?

  8. Thanks for the campaign contributers information. Without your timely posting of these public facts voters wouldn't be able to connect the dots between the candidates and their user/enablers. The contributers list sure brings "out in the open" who wants to control who in the upcomming election. Not seeing lawyers on the list, I wonder how the lawyers contribute latently to the election of candidates without public disclosure? LOL, I'm sure it's done legally.

  9. Fehrman and Hrezo cannot believe that Greendale and Aurora have so many sewer utility customers who are not being "untilized" to subsidize the developments of the "politically connected" few!!!

    ReplyDelete
  10. If Brett wins, how many minutes will it take for Brett to make Gabbard Estates part and parcel of the New and improved future of Aurora?

To the point, that no matter what Aurora is planning, each and every alternative concerning Aurora's future will include the subsidization of Gabbard Estates' sewers!

And not to be left out of any money flowing to Aurora's Main Street iniative, Brett will name all the streets in Gabbard Estates, Main Street!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Brett wants to add so much to Aurora and its citizens!

    Like:

Higher taxes to pay for his subdivisions!

Higher utility rates to pay for his subdivision!

Forcing those on functional septic systems onto Aurora's sewers to subsidize the sewers for his subdivisions!

More runs for Aurora's police, fire and emts to his subdivisions!

More kids for each classroom to keep the Aurora kids company!

    And so on!

Brett will do wonders for Aurora and its residents!

    ReplyDelete
  12. Can Brett "squeeze" 120 lots on the property with his big sign on it using septic systems?

If not, what gave him the idea that the county, aurora or dillsboro would somehow come to his rescue with sewers?

Was it the false sense of security believing he could do anything given the numb-nuts such as Benning, Fox, Hughes and Charlie were in charge of the county?

Did he think the residents of the county would never wake up to his corruption?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Brett wants to sewer an entire region or regions with pressurized sewer lines and grinder pumps, because it is the cheapest, upfront, to do.

But the costs to the individual homeowner will cost more in the future because of the intrinsic costs of such sewers...but Brett will have already tip-toed away to another development boon-doggle, leaving the County to deal with all the complaints and problems of those on such sewer systems!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Maybe Brett could just provide the taxpayers with a list of everything he wants them to do to bolster his bottomline?

All this waiting to see how we will be taxed or forced to contribute to his subdivision is getting quite tiresome!

Maybe Bob and Jan could just make Brett a ward of the County!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Brett to Frank Kramer:

"FRANK! FRANK! ARE YOU WORKING ON FORCING EVERYONE TO PAY FOR MY SEWERS, FRANK? IS DOUG BAER STILL ON BOARD, FRANK? DOES BOB EWBANK THINK I'M CUTE, FRANK? BOB'S AMORAL APPROACH TO PUBLIC SERVICE, IS JUST SO ATTRACTIVE, DON'T YOU THINK, FRANK?"

    ReplyDelete
  16. It must really chafe Brett's ample loins that the number one scammer of Dearborn County, ole Rodney, got everything he wanted from his participation in the DCRSD and because of his actions, the DCRSD will soon be disbanded, leaving Brett with his subdivision with no avenue to force others to pay for his sewers!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Think about all the promises that went between Rodney, Brett and John!!!

"You support my interests and I will support your interests!!!"

And Rodney will walk away with everything he wanted, leaving the other two gross amateur scammers all filled up with their B.S. and nowhere to flush!!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THE FUNDS CAME FROM TO REHAB RICHARD ULLRICH HOUSE ON THIRD ST. THE ANSWER IS THE FUNDS CAME FROM THE CITY

    ReplyDelete
  19. Does anyone know who will pay the MILLIONS of dollars for Brett's sewers?

    The answer is the taxpayer!

    ReplyDelete
  20. The poor folks of Aurora!

While Ullrich may or may not be a small time crook...it is beyond doubt that Fehrman has his eyes on being a big time crook!

Who to vote for...who to vote for???

Dearborn County is crying out for reform!!!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Does anyone know who paid for the DCRSD's Board Member Dennerline's new sewer lines for his trailer park?

The taxpayer...with the help of co-conspiritor Board Member, Brett Fehrman!

Now Dennerline is doing his part to pay back Brett's "kindness" by supporting having more tax dollars for Brett's subdivision's sewers!

    ReplyDelete
  22. As High Ridge continues to dump raw sewage into Hogan's Creek!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. The dumping of High Ridge of raw sewage into our waterways was only used as a ruse for development interests to gain control of a sewer district! Now that they have control, you have undoubtedly noticed that High Ridge is only as important as it pertains to allowing Gabbard Estates to piggy-back on its fix!

    ReplyDelete
  24. In the end Brett will be remembered for being "part and parcel" of spending a quarter of a million dollars of tax payer money and not fixing High Ridge Estates sewer pollution problems.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Give Brett some credit...he is working hard on being remembered for spending millions of dollars of taxpayers' money and forcing many other taxpayers onto his sewers to subsidize his developments!!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. The council money spigot is being turned off. I don't think he will get the remaining millions to pilfer therefore the first quarter million has been his last.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Has the spigot been turned off, or simply reduced to a trickle to keep the lines from freezing up until after the elections?

Some on Council are willing to do the right thing, others, are just waiting for a more opportune moment to turn on OUR money faucets to full!

Some on Council do seem to believe that OUR money is somehow THEIR money to spread around as they please!!!

    ReplyDelete
  28. For the money drain to continue, the realtor/developer/lawyer group will have to spend their money to try to keep fox and hughes in office.
Since fox and hughs have been exposed, do you think "the r/d/l group" will throw good money after bad to keep them in office?
I would bet, the r/d/l group will change their support for new candidates to contunue their rout of the taxpayer money. The users have experience and the legalese to dump the incumbants.

LOL Every conceivable possibility seems fair in politics. No one is irreplaceable!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Ewbank played Fox and Hughes for fools last election...having them sacrifice their political futures to defend Ewbank's present investment in the process!

Short of both Fox and Hughes changing their political affilations to Democrat, to run against their successors in the Repbulican Primary, they have no chance of ever holding elected office again!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hell, even Nugent was "smart?" enough to lie about "supporting" the "Republican" in the General Election!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. "Ewbank played Fox and Hughes for fools last election..."

Not only did Fox and Hughes prove to be nothing more than tools for their Development Masters, they went the extra mile to proved they were absolute dumbasses also!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hell, even Nugent was "smart?" enough to lie about "supporting" the "Republican" in the General Election!!!!!!!!!!

Nugent did't think the republican had a "snowball in hells" chance of beating "stinky link".

From time immortal--- the "used" and the "users" stay the same.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Congrats to you Brett!!

Guess Richard will now blame everyone for his loss, instead of realizing that the candidate that the public wanted won.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Ullrichs, both republican and democrat lost last night...maybe Aurora was telling our career politicians to get another job!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Or maybe they just were confused- with no obvious choice.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Well, apparently a number of voters are willing to give Fehrman the benefit of the doubt as to his intentions.

Let us hope he can control his baser instincts and work towards the "public" good and not just his "private" good!

Time will tell if Gabbard Estates becomes Councilman Fehrman’s primary objective and goal!

Maybe Brett can use his new found influence to get some private backers to fund his sewers for his subdivision?

If he plays the same game as councilman as he did as a DCRSD Board Member, his tenure will be very short and historically seedy!
