Sewer Issues to Be Presented at Commissioners Meeting
For all you anti forced sewer hook-up bloggers, you have an opportunity to show up and demonstrate your support at the Commissioners Meeting Tuesday Dec 18th at 6:30 PM in the County Administration Building.
Thom Hammond is on the agenda and will address Commissioners regarding the St. Leon Sewer issues and request that they sign their no forced hook-ups letter. Hammond is a spokesperson for CASE (Citizens Against Sewer Enforcement) He will also be presenting concerns of conflict of interest and the DCRSD (Dearborn County Regional Sewer District ) Board.
Jeff Hughes:
ReplyDelete"GEE MR. HAMMOND, BOB SAYS I JUST CANNOT NOT BE ALLOWED TO HELP YOU UNTIL I FINISH MY PHONE SURVEYS TRYING TO CANCEL OUT ALL THAT WORK OF YOUR FRIENDS ON THE COMP. PLAN!"
The first order of business of the newly elected commissioners next year should be to fire Bob Ewbank!
ReplyDeleteHow public was the formation of the DCRSD?
ReplyDeleteBut Hughes shows no interest on revisiting that covert decision!
What an embarassment he his!
Maybe Rick Fox could recommend a study be done by John Maxwell as to the "need" for a "No Forced Hook-Up Letter?"
ReplyDeleteThis is probably Rick and Jeff's last chance to save their seats!
ReplyDeleteAre they willing to go down carrying the water of a few, corrupt develoment interests in this county?
Is Ewbank that scary!
Maybe Rick and Jeff could invite those two DCRSD Board members they appointed to the Commissioners' meeting?
ReplyDeleteRick and Jeff could then publicly, on the record, inform those two Board members that if they continue on with their "forced hookup" agenda, they will not be reappointed!
Nor will Rick and Jeff appoint any future Board member who is for "forced hookups!"
The dcrsd has no treatment plants, no sewer infrastructure whatsoever, all it has is the raw greed of a few of its board members.
ReplyDeleteThe only way the board can provide sewers for its board members' subdivisions, is to somehow attach our individual savings to do so!
The dcrsd is now and always was, as planned, an extortion racket for Maxwell, Fehrman and a few of their other developer buddies!
Bob Ewbank is not going to let them two boys, Rick and Jeff, do anything to jeapardize the DCRSD.
ReplyDeleteHe and a few of his DCEDI associates stand to make a small fortune off these subdivisions subsidized by our forced contributions.
Bob isn't going to let go of OUR money without a fight.
govoner wants to do away with all commissioners maybe there is a light at the end
ReplyDeleteAn executive who answers to a council might work better. They'd have to corrupt more people to get things done- Now it only takes two.
ReplyDeletePlease tell me that Hammond is going to run for commissioner next year.
ReplyDeleteSomeone like him, who has first hand experience with what a corrupt government can do to a decent person's life, would bring a whole new and honest perspective to government.
Although, our local Development Mafia will try to find a dead hooker to place in his bed, long enough for a Morris prime time investigative reporter to snap a few pictures!
So, is Hughes still running rodeo clown like interference for Ewbank and Company, relative to the Comprehensive Plan?
ReplyDeleteAnd is Hughes still providing plenty of reign for those dcrsd bucks to stamp their "victims" into the dirt?
What an interesting dichotomy in the study of ethical chaos!
"Someone like him, who has first hand experience with what a corrupt government can do to a decent person's life..."
ReplyDeleteBob Ewbank:
"HELL! MY PLAN ALONG WAS JUST TO GIVE THIS ENTIRE COUNTY A CLOSE UP AND FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE AS TO WHAT A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT CAN DO TO ALL YOU DECENT PEOPLE!"
I'm thinking Bob needs to move on to "greener pastures," he can "brown!"
ReplyDeleteMost of us will wake up tommorrow morning and think to ourselves "how can I best make this day worthwhile!"
ReplyDeleteEwbank will wake up tommorrow morning and think to himself "how can I tap the profits of that other guy's worthwhile day!"
Those of us who have met Frank Kramer...wonder...did he ever even meet Bob Ewbank?
ReplyDeleteEwbank will wake up tommorrow morning and think to himself "how can I tap the profits of that other guy's worthwhile day!"
ReplyDeleteMaxwell chimes in:
"I GOTS MICE BASES BALLS BATS, LETS MES ATS THEMS!!!"
And God loves even the little thugs.
ReplyDeleteCommissioners meetings in Dearborn County should be video taped and broadcast on the Comedy Channel.
ReplyDeleteIt's comical to watch the games these guys play. Jeff and Rick need some education or maybe just a check of the brain cell count after years of who knows what?
Somebody please buy Cliff a pair of pants.
ReplyDeletethey would just table it
ReplyDeleteSomebody find somebody willing to rent some ethics to our development bought and paid for politicians.
ReplyDeleteSomeone also start taking pictures of each remaining Fox an Hughes Commissioner meetings, so we can show our children in future years what corrupt politicians and power hungry shysters looked like before the honest adults in this County, took back their Government!
ReplyDeleteI bet Morris, Barrott, Maxwell Fehrman and Fehrman are cringing right now with this sloppy snow and ice storm!
ReplyDeleteIf power is knocked out for homes in this County for more than a day this winter season, they can not sell their pressurized sewers and grinder pumps, to the Council, that require electricity to flush toilets!
Sewers on the "cheap" for a few creepy realtor/developers and DCRSD Board members, will leave the rest of us all with long term expenses, as well as the health emergencies that will occur during every power outage!
Maxwell will have a long line of people waiting to use his "facilites" because he is on a dependable septic system!
ReplyDeleteCounty Council and the one honest County Commissioner, demand the DCRSD Board layout, painstakenly, how a grinder pump facilitated sewer system works and the ramifications to entire regions of this County sewered by these pressurized sewers during wide spead power outages!
ReplyDeleteIs Doug Baer going to mandate "Out Houses" for every home on these systems for a safe-guard backup, during such outages?
Don't expect Liz and Barrott to concern themselves with such trivialities!
ReplyDeleteThey are on orders by those they “hob-nob” with, to stick it to the rest of us to augment their playmates’ incomes at any expense and sacrifice to be borne by the rest of us!
If it takes the “Republican” Morrises to run and support Development Democrats in each upcoming General Election to do so!
Doug Baer, always happy to be Development's "pooper-scooper," will suggest constipating foods for those of us on such systems before each predicated fowl weather event!
ReplyDeleteMaybe the Bright Beacon can chronicle the machinations of how the Dearborn County Republican Leadership will try to subvert the political process this coming year?
ReplyDelete"Doug Baer, always happy to be Development's "pooper-scooper," will suggest constipating foods for those of us on such systems before each predicated fowl weather event!"
ReplyDeleteHow about in our progressive society , rebirthing the "slop jar". The only problem I can anticipate is,,, where to dump it. My yard, your yard or Hogan Creek.
"Maybe the Bright Beacon can chronicle the machinations of how the Dearborn County Republican Leadership will try to subvert the political process this coming year?"
ReplyDeleteIf not the Bright Beacon, I'm thinking the Journal or Register would show some interest?
Especially now, with their increasing interest with the Dearborn County Commissioners and their "unique" way sampling public opinion when public opinion seems to be contrary to Development's demands!
Is Doug Baer going to mandate "Out Houses" for every home on these systems for a safe-guard backup, during such outages?
ReplyDeleteDoug is just holding back on the biggest "SURPRISE" expense of these grinder pump systems until after his "Masters of Poop" get their funding:
MANDATED, $10,000.00 PLUS GENERATORS FOR BACKUP...FOR HEALTH REASONS...OF COURSE!!!
Aren't they looking for the same caliber, as Baer, Health Officials down in New Orleans?
ReplyDeleteIn power outages or broken grinders: not only will toilets not flush, but showers will have to be curtailed too. And laundry and dirty dishes.
ReplyDeleterebirthing the "slop jar".
ReplyDeleteNot until Fehrman and Maxwell get their monopoly from Doug Baer for his Health Department approved "Slop Jars!!!"
And laundry and dirty dishes.
ReplyDeleteBut think about all that money Brett and John, dcrsd board members both, will make on entire subdivisions who will not even be able to run water down their drains during power outages???
Their wealth should balance out our "mere" inconveniences!!!
Liz?
ReplyDeleteDid you know this is what you are voting for?
If so, why why why???????
Why why why!
ReplyDeleteThat is like asking Al Capone why he never considered going straight and opening up an ice cream stand!
Liz has no idea how she will vote until she votes. I think when she says yeah or nay after the meeting she has no idea what she said. Does she know the difference on the two words? Someone explain to her what these words are, I think she is confused and too afraid or too stupid to ask the question.
ReplyDeleteWell, Liz better bone up on her studies and figure out that she is in the process of approving the worse potential health crisis this county has ever experienced or could even imagine!
ReplyDeleteLiz, in the news today, there are regions out to our west, who have been without power now for weeks because of an ice storm!
Liz, there were entire regions of this county who lost power for up to a week last year!
Liz, with Maxwell's grinder pump serviced sewers, he is offering you and this county, a mess, simply because such sewers, on the "cheap," will provide him with great short term profits!
What will happen when those families forced onto Maxwell's sewers...when they lose power for any length of time?
Do you really want to do this to your neighbors?
Liz, do you have any idea what you are setting this county up for?
Why not the more efficient and cost effective gravity sewers?
ReplyDeleteThat will not leave our citizens to do what bears do in the woods, when the power goes out?
Because that will take years and more dollars to plan and start up...
...Maxwell wants HIS profits now!!!
And DCRSD's only reason for existing is to generate profits for Maxwell!
...Maxwell wants HIS profits now!!!
ReplyDeleteAs evidenced by that childish temper tantrum in front of the County Council, the dcrsd is desperate to get on with their forced hook-ups for their "cheap" sewers before the "honest" adults take back this County!
Liz needs to make up her mind if she wants to be remembered in this county as Benning will be remembered.
ReplyDeleteLiz, I think, has more class than that.
She does not strike me as a desperate backwater flirt seeking the attention and acceptance of the spoiled frat boys and sorrority girls of this county!
"...before the "honest" adults take back this County!"
ReplyDeleteThey are going to pull out all stops to get their "forced hook-up letters" sent out before they lose most of their corrupt power base in next year's election!
The antics of the DCRSD will resemble the looting that took place as the water rose during Katrina!
"The antics of the DCRSD will resemble the looting that took place as the water rose during Katrina!"
ReplyDeleteAnd we have the twisted trio of dimwits Benning, Fox and Hughes to thank for all this!
One down, two to go!
What will the likes of Lehner and Ewbank do when they don't have their intellectually challenged "sock puppets" to do their bidding?
ReplyDeleteMorris is interviewing a number of democrat wanna-be sock puppets to run in next year's general election.
ReplyDeleteI guess in the circles that he runs in, that does not make him appear "sleazy" by comparison.
Ewbank is probably giving Morris little sweet "noogies," as we speak, in gratitude!!!
ReplyDeleteMorris' connection to the County Council?
ReplyDeleteAnd how did his two operatives vote last Council meeting regarding the crooked DCRSD request for millions more of our dollars to better enable these same crooks to force us to pay for John and Brett's sewers?
And in case nobody has noticed, High Ridge is still poluting our waterways!
ReplyDeleteYou all remember High Ridge Estates?
They reason the DCRSD was formed?
Cough!
Cough!
Giggle!
Good job, boys!!!!!!!!!
They = The
ReplyDeleteThey, The, Potato, Patato!
High Ridge is still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek!
Because the bastard board of the dcrsd cares not about the public health, they care only to butress their own private profits!
Thanks for the correction...
ReplyDeleteYou misspelled "buttress!"
ReplyDeleteLOL!
Such a small transgression, as compared to the DCRSD Board Members’ proposed transgressions against us all!
My Christmas wish:
ReplyDeleteTHAT THE EWBANKS, MAXWELLS AND MORRISES OF THIS COUNTY, FINALLY FIND SOME PEACE! THEY CANNOT BE TRULY HAPPY WITH THE COURSE THEY HAVE SET FOR THEMSELVES!
Maybe the Bright Beacon can chronicle the machinations of how the Dearborn County Republican Leadership will try to subvert the political process this coming year?
ReplyDeleteI...smell...a...Pulitzer!
And with those members on the Bright Beacon staff’s uncanny ability to infiltrate the Dearborn County Republican Party Leadership, this account of the more seemly side of Dearborn County politics will prove to be a GREAT read!
Yes, Liz will report on the more SEEMLY side of Dearborn County politics!
ReplyDeleteEwbank's orders!
She will win the award for fiction!
And Vera will be oh so exited waiting for the Readers Digest’s version of Liz’s expose to come out on tape!
ReplyDeleteVera hopes she resembles a Margaret Thatcher in Liz’s depiction of Dearborn County Politics!
Sadly, even Liz cannot fictionalize events and characters to that great extent!
Poor Vera, will come out, at best, as a womanly Dukes of Hazzard’s “Boss Hogg!”
Boss Hogg would be in hog heaven at the dcrsd.
ReplyDelete"The antics of the DCRSD will resemble the looting that took place as the water rose during Katrina!"
ReplyDeleteSomebody, please, photoshop Frank Kramer's face on the now famous, Heineken looting fellow!!!!!!
http://myspacecomedy.com/images/funny/katrina-beer-loot.jpg
I heard, that during next year's election, Senator Johnny Nugent is going to come out swinging in fearsome and rightous retribution against those no good "snakes in the grass" and other assorted "belly crawlers" who placed his name on that flyer that endorced Democrat Linkmeyer over the Republican Primary Voters' choice, REPUBLICAN Ralph Thompson.
ReplyDeleteI heard Johnny was fit to be tied last commissioners' race due to the traitorous and double-crossing behavior of both Rick Fox and Jeff Hughes, when they snubbed the republican primary voter and championed Ewbank’s chosen and groomed development DEMOCRAT!
ReplyDeleteI bet Johnny would have put Ewbank in his place, if Ewbank would have endeavored to intimidate Johnny into voting and publicly endorsing that DEMOCRAT!
I would expect Ewbank to privately undercut Nugent to groom a Benning type of candidate for Nugent's position.
ReplyDeleteJust in case, Johnny, watch your back.
Johnny says what he means and means what he says!
ReplyDeleteHe told everyone that he backed Thompson over Linkmeyer!
If Ewbank or Morris say or imply anything to the contrary, they must be liars!
How about in our progressive society , rebirthing the "slop jar". The only problem I can anticipate is,,, where to dump it. My yard, your yard or Hogan Creek.
ReplyDeleteWell, whatever you do, don't dump it into your septic tank!!!!!!
Doug Baer is under orders by those who have co-opted his manhood to condemn each and every septic system that may lie in the path of a subdivision they intend to build!
Hogans Creek and Double Lick Creek are in fine shape until Doug's Masters say they are not!
Then, septic systems are to be blamed for any contamination!
And Chuck Andres continues to sit idly by as John Maxwell refuses to connect to St. Leon's sewers, thus, spoiling Chuck's waterways!
ReplyDeleteMaybe Chuck has inside information that poor Mr. Maxwell may not have the funds to connect!
Chuck has such a big heart!
Our sewers and septic systems' are so important to the “powers that be” who control this County, they allotted the roomiest walk-in closet to house both Doug and his entire staff.
ReplyDeleteWill somebody please commit to buying Cliff a new pair of pants!
ReplyDeleteWill somebody please commit to restraining themselves from trying pick Cliff's pocket for the benefit of a few thieving realtor and/or developers?
ReplyDelete"Thom Hammond is on the agenda and will address Commissioners..."
ReplyDeleteBob Ewbank:
"MY BOYS, RICK AND JEFF, WILL HAVE TO TABLE YOUR REQUEST...WE THINK WE MAY HAVE FOUND SOME TYPOS AND SOME PROSCRIBED AND PROHIBITED FONTS IN YOUR REQUEST TO BE PUT ON "MY" AGENDA!!!"
Correction:
ReplyDeletefrom trying to pick Cliff's pocket
TO WHICH RHYMES WITH SCREW WHICH IS OSTENSIBLY SECOND NATURE TO OUR REALTOR/DEVELOPER/SHYSTER CLASS (READ CLASSLESS) OF OUR LOCAL WOULD-BE FELONS AND THEIR GRACELESS AND UNGAINLY CONSTANT ATTEMPTS TO INCAPACITATE THE HONEST POLITICAL PLAYERS OF THIS COUNTY!
HONEST POLITICIANS AND THEIR RAG TAG NON-DCEDI, NON-DCRSD ASSORTMENT OF SUPPORTERS GIVE ALL OUR OTHER DCEDI APPROVED POLITICIANS A BAD NAME AND MAY SCARE OFF MORE ANCILLARY AND REMOTE WOULD-BE (BEING GENEROUS HERE) FELONS FROM INVOLVING THEMSELVES IN OUR LOCAL POLITICAL PROCESSES!
IMAGINE A POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT AND COUNTY WHERE PLAYERS SUCH AS, (LOCALLY) LEHNER, EWBANK, AND (MORE FAR-FLUNG) VIESTE AND L. PARVIN PRICE...FELT UN-WELCOMED IN OUR COUNTY!
THAT IS A POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT AND COUNTY THAT BOTH JIM WEST AND MIKE ROZOW WOULD NOT WANT TO CALL HOME!
I see you like to capitalize.

ReplyDeleteIf only us rubes were as sophisticated and urbane as our dcedi profit-centered-and-greed oriented betters...
ReplyDeleteRight Liza?
Right Liz?
Right, whoever may be filling the void that Lisa and Liz might be leaving in other aspects of their life?
Cliff owns his pants, outright!
ReplyDeleteIf, only, you had such a claim on your soul!
Do you think think the True Owner Of Souls, will place your lot above Cliff's?
The DCEDI Code:
ReplyDelete"My interests are not your interests...my welfare is not your welfare...
...don't ever forget that!!!
Do you think think the True Owner Of Souls, will place your lot above Cliff's?
ReplyDeleteDoes Cliff lust for these folks' earnings as they lust for his?
I think not.
I'm thinking, when Cliff is going over his monthly bills, he is not devising ways to have John Maxwell or Chuck Andres pay his bills.
ReplyDeleteToo bad the opposite is not true.
Cliff!
ReplyDeleteMay all those who so love you, buy you many pairs of the same cut and style of pants!
Cliff needs to affix a mirror to his backside to entertain all those admiring his pants!!!
ReplyDeleteLet us all hope those admiring his backside are not unmarried male Boy Scout leaders!
Does Cliff lust for these folks' earnings as they lust for his?
ReplyDeleteI think not.
The lusting after other people's earnings was the genesis of the DCRSD!
THAT IS A POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT AND COUNTY THAT BOTH JIM WEST AND MIKE ROZOW WOULD NOT WANT TO CALL HOME!
ReplyDeleteApparently, their are no significant attributes Dearborn County has to offer that would so entice Jim West and Mike Rozow to call this County "HOME!
that would so entice Jim West and Mike Rozow to call this County "HOME!
ReplyDeleteLook at the class of people they spent an inordinate amount of time with!
Would you want to live in a community represented by the likes of our typical, commmon, everyday DCEDI member?
Beyond commmmmmmon DCEDI member!
ReplyDeleteThe supporters of outsiders such as West and Rozow, still find the time to call many of our new neighbors, who CHOSE to live here...raise a family here...Buckeyes and the like...who deserve no say in what goes on in this County.
ReplyDeleteOdd.
I heard the Fehrmans will not sell homes and property to Buckeyes!
ReplyDeleteThey are deathly afraid a Buckeye might run for Commissioner!
The Fehrmans seem to have the impression that Buckeyes will somehow cut off their political "Gravey Train!"
Have the Fehrmans offered Ralph Thompson a position as associate realtor/broker, as of yet?
ReplyDeleteRalph would look real fine tooling around the County in a Caddy!
"Will somebody please commit to buying Cliff a new pair of pants!"
ReplyDeleteThanks again for reminding us all that you represent what you represent...
...you are a real vote getter...for all our "Smart Growth" candidates...keep up the good work...you silly bastard you...
Vera is a former Buckeye
ReplyDeleteGood old Harrison, Ohio
But Linkmeyer is a lifer!
ReplyDeleteIt does not matter on what side of and invisible line we are born...as long as we support the exploitation of whatever our Development Interests want to exploit at any given time!
Buckeye, Ridge-runner or Hoosier...just pay Ewbank and Company their expected and proper tribute...and all things will remain in balance!
ReplyDeleteAs long as the expected and proper tribute is paid, Ewbank will pass along orders to Morris to support whomever in the next primary, or if circumstances necessitate, the next general election.
ReplyDeleteYou sewer fanatics should do some more research, you're spreading a lot of misinformation.
ReplyDeleteYou sewer fanatics should do some more research, you're spreading a lot of misinformation.
ReplyDeleteEnlighten us all sewer shill!
Let us all take a break and listen to "Simon and Garfunkle's" the "Sounds of Silence" as this sewer shill retreats into her factual hibernation!
ReplyDeleteWhile we are waiting...if you should turn down the volume of Simon and Garfunkle...grinder pumps do not work during power outages.
ReplyDeleteAs do drains that connect to grinder pump serviced sewer systems.
Whereas, a power outage will render a home on such a grinder pump system...
...a health crisis in the making.
While we are all still waiting...John Maxwell and Brett Fehrman stand to make a fortune on forcing the rest of us on these same substandard sewer systems...John Maxwell and Brett Fehrman, Board Members of the DCRSD.
ReplyDeleteBack to Simon and Garfuncle...
If you happened to lower the volume at this time, you will hear that High Ridge Estates is still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek...the fix of such...taht was the "ruse" that permitted the formation of the DCRSD...
ReplyDeleteand back to Simon and Garfunkle...
ReplyDeleteand the shill has not yet straightened us out as to all our misinformation we are fomenting...
ReplyDeleteas the shill emails Lehner...emails Ewbank...for direction...
ReplyDeleteas the shill finally gives up...and is just thankful for her secretary position...
ReplyDelete...as Gabbard Estates goes woefully unsewered...
ReplyDelete...leaving a confused young man wondering why he ever ventured into "public" service...
thanks 11:09-11:28, you reinforce the fact that for every 100 messages on here are by 2 disgrutled citizens.
ReplyDeletei don't have to enlighten you because i know the truth, you are the one spreading misinformation. if you would actually research your hobby you would know the truth.
i do not condone forced sewer hookups, i do not believe there is conspriacy to do so. i do believe there are bitter people on here getting their rocks off. what you say is happening IS NOT HAPPENING.
i know, your response will include:
comma comma comma
dot dot dot
rank and file
shill
boogeyman
grinder pump (crap in the woods!)
Rick
Jeff
All your opinion and with lies and bad content/grammar.
Cite something from now on.
Oh for the good old days when one could throw out the empty bromide of "that is just misinformation" and then slam the gavel down...only to retreat to the embrace of a welcoming Development phony fan base!
ReplyDeleteand the shill leaves us with nothing...good night all
ReplyDeletesend your dollars to the dcrsd
someone is having problems meeting payroll
A problem with payroll?
ReplyDeleteWhy do you think God invented the "Forced Hook-Up Letter?"
Wouldn't it be great if we all could go to our cheap and easy politicians to force others to subsidize our needs?
ReplyDeletei've shown you nothing, you've shown me nothing.
ReplyDeletei guess this whole blog is nothing then.
NOTHING
Thankfully, we will never run short of cheap politicians.
ReplyDeleteEven those who may feel the need to go dormant at times into patronage positions.
i've shown you nothing, you've shown me nothing.
ReplyDeletei guess this whole blog is nothing then.
NOTHING
Now, get back to something...work on stealing our neighbors savings to finance you Masters' sewers!
That is what you do...is it not?
Do your Masters pat you on your graying head?
As High Ridge continues to dump raw sewage into Hogan's Creek...
ReplyDelete...yes...you have shown us NOTHING!!!
Remember all, the DCRSD is not about Development, it is about helping people!
ReplyDeleteIn the interim, do not fish or swim in Hogan's Creek without the benefit of a HAZMAT suit!
The dcrsd board thanks their lucky stars for high ridge and their sewage pouring into hogans.
ReplyDeleteBut for these events, Rodney would not have new sewers to his trailer park and Brett would not be in line to have the taxpayers run sewers out to his subdivision.
As High Ridge Estates continues to dump raw sewage into our waterways!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd continues to dump...
ReplyDeleteBut the dcrsd is all about helping people...
ReplyDeleteIf you are a corrupt realtor/developer/dcrsd board member...
ReplyDeleteHigh Ridge: honestly i hope that dilemma is fixed soon, but it's not the first turd in the water, much larger cities had what is called a CSO (combined sewer overflow) so when it rained a lot, the sewer system overflowed into the creeks, rivers, etc.
ReplyDeleteAnd we're still here!
as...no misinformation proffered here...high ridge...is doing what it was doing...before...the DCRSD...ever...erupted...like a boil...on...our...collective...asses...
ReplyDeletedumping their raw sewage into hogans...
...thank you benning...fox...and hughes...
And we're still here!
ReplyDeleteSo, let us cater to the financial needs of Maxwell, Fehrman and Dennnerline before we remedy our less pressing problems of raw sewage pouring into our waterways?
Just admit this entire septic and sewer crisis has been hijacked by crooks to pad their bottom lines!
Even you will not go along with grinder pump serviced sewers as a "fix" for our septic and sewer problems!
That is just a cheap excuse to run cheap sewers through out this county to profit a few cheap bastards who have not one care of the mess that will the rest of us!
Shutting down the DCRSD is the only viable and honest remedy!
The dcrsd is all about, "I want to buy cheap farm land, but I can't afford to run sewers to it to develop it, so I will force you to subsidize my sewers. That is the dcrsd.
ReplyDelete"And we're still here."
ReplyDeleteBut a small wet spot in my yard, which is connected to 100 + acres of my property, maybe a foot wide, a couple of times a year, is enough to condemn my septic system to force me to finance some crook's sewers?
Please!
Why don't we all retreat back to, I will not steal from you and you will not steal from me?
ReplyDeleteThat would permit the DCRSD to whither upon the vine and die a natural yet deserving death.
The county sewer district is made up of shameless crooks. Now that they have their sights on our money they will not go away. They need to be crushed. Nothing else will stop them from their rush to our bank accounts to grow their bank accounts. Who raised these assholes.
ReplyDeleteWho takes credit for their asshole mistakes?
ReplyDeleteMost of us just move and do not leave a forwarding address for our "assholes" to catch up with us!
How many more board members of the DCRSD are we going to have to stroke before they just go away?
ReplyDeleteI thought their job was to fix high ridge?
What a joke and a scam!
High Ridge was a ruse the dcrsd and Lisa Lehner used to get their claws into a means to rob the rest of us.
ReplyDeleteShameful.
Even if our septic systems were failing, which they are not, at least my septic system works when my place loses power!
ReplyDeleteBut these conniving bastards want me to cap my "working" septic system to hook up to sewers that don't work when the electricity goes off?
How stupid do I look?
"How stupid do I look?"
ReplyDeleteWith all due respect, you look like one stupid son of a bitch to the theiving board of the dcrsd!
As the rest of us stupid son's of bitches!
The dcrsd is the foremost corrupt single organization that has been dreamt up in my life time!
We need to vote, vote, vote these rotten bastards out of office!
"And we're still here."
ReplyDeleteBut my functional septic systems is causing a crisis in this County?
Make up your mind.
We all are clued in as to why our "functional" septic systems have to be viewed as "non-functional" and it has nothing to do with the public health and everything to do with the profitability of a handful of politically connected realtor/developers in this County!
Not one of these DCRSD enablers will state why we need the DCRSD.
ReplyDeleteBecause they can't.
Everyone in the "pipeline" understands the DCRSD is a scam.
Ask the folks of High Ridge Estates.
Ask the folks of High Ridge Estates.
ReplyDeleteDo you mean those folks who former commissioner Benning promised to help with the formation of the DCRSD?
Now secretary Benning of the DCRSD?
Scam?
You bet!
"High Ridge: honestly i hope that dilemma is fixed soon..."
ReplyDeleteBut until then, let Maxwell and Fehrman extort as much money as possible from the rest of us to finance their subdivisions' sewers!
Right, Pumpkin?
Because that is why the DCRSD was formed in the first place!
Right, Pumpkin?
High Ridge was only allowed to ride in the front seat by Lisa Lehner until the DCRSD could be formed...now it is locked in the trunk!
ReplyDeleteWhere it will remain until Brett Fehrman, DCRSD Board Member, get his sewers for Gabbard Estates, that property on 50 with the giant 120 lot subidivision sign...but how can he advertise such a dense subdivision without the present avalibility of sewers?
You be the judge!
but how can he advertise such a dense subdivision without the present avalibility of sewers?
ReplyDeleteMaybe Brett has a strong belief in "CHARLIE THE TAX DOLLAR FAIRY!!!!!"
We all are clued in as to why our "functional" septic systems have to be viewed as "non-functional" and it has nothing to do with the public health and everything to do with the profitability of a handful of politically connected realtor/developers in this County!
ReplyDeleteThe dcrsd thanks you, thanks you, thanks you for permitting them to label your "functional" septic system as "dis-functional!"
Now finally Maxwell and Fehrman can proceed with what Liz Morris describes as "growth!"
"High Ridge: honestly i hope that dilemma is fixed soon"
ReplyDeleteIt was supposed to be fixed first.
But every dishonest dcrsd board member will have the taxpayer subsidize their personal projects, lining their personal pockets before the first thing is done for High Ridge.
Which is why the dcrsd needs to be dissolved.
Or do you find it therapeutic to force the rest of us finance Fehrman or Maxwell’s next scam?
The dcrsd is not about helping people, it is about subsidizing the development of a handful of politically connected thieves.
Even if it bankrupts the rest of us.
"Not one of these DCRSD enablers will state why we need the DCRSD."
ReplyDeleteThe lie that it was for the "public" health was exposed.
The lie that the State was mandating hook-up to the dcrsd's grinder pumps and pressurized lines was exposed.
And the ultimate lie, that it was formed to fix High Ridge...well, Board Member Rodney Dennerline has his trailer park sewered...Board Member John Maxwell is doing his best, conniving to get over two more million dollars to connect up with our thieves to the North, St. Leon sewers, to bolster his development...
...and the icing on the cake...
...Board Member Brett Fehrman is holding High Ridge's "fix" until he gets his subdivision, Gabbard Estates sewered in the "fix!"
High Ridge was a ruse to permit a few parasites to attach themselves to a public host!
But please tell us all about the "misinformation" we are spreading about the dcrsd?
ReplyDeleteHas there ever been such a dishonest board in this county, that from the "get-go" was as ruthlessly dishonest and self-serving as the dcrsd board?
ReplyDelete"Maybe Brett has a strong belief in "CHARLIE THE TAX DOLLAR FAIRY!!!!!"
ReplyDeleteThere must be a "corrupt" gene floating around out there!
You sewer fanatics should do some more research, you're spreading a lot of misinformation.
ReplyDeleteI, for one, never spent much time thinking about sewer matters until I realized that Maxwell and Company viewed forcing me onto his sub-standard sewers was his ticket to riches, as he and his little buddies planned to raid my savings.
Now my interest in sewer matters has become somewhat more than academic, now that my savings have become the focus of crooks such as Maxwell and Company.
But that is just me, don’t you know.
Now, how about slamming that gavel down, exiting stage right and get your little pat on your little head from your Development Masters!
"Has there ever been such a dishonest board in this county, that from the "get-go" was as ruthlessly dishonest and self-serving as the dcrsd board?"
ReplyDeleteThe vruc board is the pilot project for the dcrsd. Vruc has shown the dcrsd the way with realtor/developers consuled by L Parvin Price. The people at HVL payed the price of development/consul. Vruc's funding priorities has kept their sewage system in shambles. Don't allow the dcrsd to follow the same path.
Like the VRUC, the DCRSD has permitted their "ONE" responsibility, in the DCRSD's case, High Ridge, to continue dumping raw sewage into our waterways, as Development Interests fight for control and access to someone else's money to finance dishonest Development Interests!
ReplyDeleteDevelopment Interests have brought this County the sewage flowing into Double Lick Creek and the sewage flowing into Hogan's Creek!
And Morris and Barrott want more of the same!
All in the "name" of saving us from our functional septic systems!!!
ReplyDeleteRemember there were development interests on both the vruc and dcrsd boards who had no problem with charging the residents of hvl 8 times what greendale was offering as long as these self-same development interests gained control of hvl's sewer utility and the ability to over tax hvl's already crumbling sewer infrastructure to service even more development surrounding hvl!
ReplyDeleteDouble Lick Creek would need to be widened to handle all such sewage overflow!
But Liz Morris feels all these deceitful waterway spoilers are just so cute!
ReplyDeleteLet’s give them a few more million dollars to carry on with their good works!
As Liz turns a blind eye to the raw sewage dumping into Double Lick and Hogan’s Creek!
Do you find Bob Ewbank cute, also, Liz?
Or is Gary just so dependent on Ewbank’s charity!
The CRUX of the dcrsd/vruc.
ReplyDeleteCrony capitalism is a pejorative term describing an allegedly capitalist economy in which success in business depends on close relationships between businessmen and government officials. It may be exhibited by favoritism in the distribution of legal permits, government grants, special tax breaks, and so forth.
Crony capitalism is believed to arise when political cronyism spills over into the business world; self-serving friendships and family ties between businessmen and the government influence the economy and society to the extent that it corrupts public-serving economic and political ideals.

"The CRUX of the dcrsd/vruc."
ReplyDeleteWas this aided and abeted by counsel?
This IS for YOUR discretion.
Our crooked children of dearborn county would by be humorous but for their constant need to tap my savings for their crooked childish cons!
ReplyDelete"...it corrupts public-serving economic and political ideals."
ReplyDeleteLike the Dearborn County Republican Party Leadership!!!
Hey Bob! Hey Gary!
Your two make up the "CRUX" of our County Crony Capitalism!
What what will you "spill" over into our County Government this year?
Have you picked your two Development Democrats to run against our two HONEST Republicans when they beat both Rick and Jeff in the Primary?
Yep!
ReplyDeleteEwbank, Pickens, Morris, Benning, Fox and Hughes really blew their wads last year!
What a surprise for them for it not to work...leaving open their corrupt political souls for everyone to see!
As well as being hung out to twist in the wind by Nugent with his pandering to the Republican Rank and File claiming he supported Republican Thompson from the very start!
How will they confront the Primary voters this coming election, who will have it fresh in their minds and memories just how disposable the Leadership views them?
Bob and Gary will hand both Jeff and Rick two political playbooks, one titled "Anti-Everythings" and the other "Do-Nothings!"
ReplyDeleteBob and Gary will then send them out on their own, cringing as they watch the "dim-bulb twins" crash and burn!
And hoping Linkmeyer has a friend willing to make a fool out of him or herself for the "CAUSE!
That must have been a "heady" and “exhilarating” time for our “back-office, closed door” political connivers, smugly and pompously planning to subvert and sabotage their own Party Membership to prove, once and for all, that Development had an “iron grip” on this County’s bounty!
ReplyDeleteOh the arrogance!
Jeff Hughes will not accept his defeat next year until he conducts a phone survey to ask everyone if they were for certain about kicking his "Development Bought and Paid For" butt out of office.
ReplyDeleteWhat what will you "spill" over into our County Government this year?
ReplyDeleteTheir leadership has facilitated the crooks of the dcrsd to continue to let High Ridge Estates' sewers "spill" into Hogan's Creek as one of their political and business cronies holds High Ridge hostage until we pay for his sewers for his subdivision!
"What what will you "spill" over into our County Government this year?
ReplyDeleteHave you picked your two Development Democrats to run against our two HONEST Republicans when they beat both Rick and Jeff in the Primary?"
Well the Democrats already have at leats 2 candidates for D-2 commissioner. Might be tough for the Republicans to corrupt that race.
Well the Democrats already have at leats 2 candidates for D-2 commissioner. Might be tough for the Republicans to corrupt that race.
ReplyDeleteWonderful!
Wonderful!
But there still is the National Socialist Party they could enlist to do their bidding!
And they do share same business/governmental imaginings as to ultimate control of both should be in the hands' of the very privileged few!
When the DCRSD was formed it was thought their first priority was to take care of High Ridge.
ReplyDeleteLook how far the DCRSD has come, look at all the insider deals they have incubated, look at how they have conspired to "force" sewer hook-ups of people who do not need sewers to pay for DCRSD Board Members" needed sewers for their personal development plans and for their personal profit gain, look at how High Ridge is still not fixed!
One phone call to Dillsboro, by someone truly and selflessly interested in finally fixing High Ridge, would do more than all the dcrsd board's selfish machinations to date!
ReplyDeleteBut Dillsboro will not line Brett Fehrman's pockets and sewer his Gabbard Property!
Well, you know the rest of this story!!!
Conflicting interests have so tangled up DCRSD's Board.
ReplyDeleteNothing can get done until each separate Board Member finds a way to induce each other Board Member, to support each separate Board Members’ personal plans for utilizing the DCRSD’s (OUR) money for their individual projects.
"You scratch my back and I will scratch your back" to the ultimate extreme.
What a corrupt muddle of a mess!
The only thing the dcrsd board can agree upon is forcing the rest of us to subsidize their personal profits!!!
ReplyDeleteWhen Hammond goes before the Commissioners, look for Jeff and Rick to spend an equal amount of time looking down at their shoes and looking sheepishly over to Bob Ewbank.
ReplyDeleteSuch men those two are...
Has John Maxwell hooked onto St. Leon's sewers yet?
ReplyDeleteOr do bullies, such as he, get to play by their own rules?
John is not stupid.
ReplyDeleteHe wants HIS family to be able to flush their toilets when they lose power.
What a corrupt muddle of a mess!
ReplyDeleteRodney got his back scratched awful quick!
I guess it pays to corrupt both the Health Board and the DCRSD Board!
If Benning was principled, she would quit the dcrsd, for their actions (non-actions) have made a liar of her as to her assertions to the residents of High Ridge that the dcrsd would fix their problems!
ReplyDeleteJust another Benning enabled development swindle!
Yeah!
ReplyDeleteSorry citizens of high ridge, brett demands that the rest of us pay for his sewers before we can do anything for you!
He has an itch that needs a scratching!
Rodney has already floated the trial balloon that the County condemn High Ridge and buy out the homeowners!
ReplyDeleteThis was after he got his sewers and he and his fellow Board Members were beginning to realize there was not enough cash to fix both High Ridge and to sewer Gabbard Estates!
Trial Balloon
ReplyDeleteFrom this blog's notes:
RD: May be cheaper to buy out Highridge Estates, than to fix the problem. The people at Highridge Estates have no options. I would hate to be in their shoes.
Rodney, I would hate to be in "any shoes" that own a home around property your crooked board members desire to build their subdivisions!
Being a neighbor of your board members' newly acquired properties will soon get awful expensive for those homeowners!
The people at Highridge Estates have no options.
ReplyDeleteNow the DCRSD Board Members have all the options!
Thanks to Rodney and his fellow con artists!
And this is the kind of corruption the Republican Party Leadership fought so hard to protect last year, spawning their need to attempt to rig the commissioner’s election by foisting Linkmeyer on us in the general election!
ReplyDeleteHow will Hughes and Fox tap dance around not offering any protection whatsoever for our families, friends and neighbors from the over-reaching, crooked dcrsd board next...come next commissioners' meeting?
ReplyDeleteWhen Doug Baer starts his "drive-by" septic system condemnings, to begin financing the sewers of a DCRSD Board Member's subdivision, I'm sure Benning would love to ride along.
ReplyDeleteShe would even pack a picnic lunch for Doug, that way they would not have to stop and eat somewhere, affording them more time for more condemnings.
And still High Ridge will be dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek!
ReplyDeleteBoth majorities of the Commissioners and the DCRSD are corrupt!
ReplyDeleteBoth are "lawyered up" by one single law firm!
Interesting!
Maybe its time for a change.
ReplyDeleteMaybe not pure corruption. Maybe just too many damn power-mad self-promoters who see OUR money as THEIR money. Maybe their parents' never said "no" to them? And that has carried over into their adulthood?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm sure that is it.
ReplyDelete"Has John Maxwell hooked onto St. Leon's sewers yet?
ReplyDeleteOr do bullies, such as he, get to play by their own rules?"
Or does he- as an engineer- know that those kinds of systems are not one that he wants to own, operate, and maintain. Better yet- he's building a subdivision across the road from his home. Perhaps he wants to hook into that and have a gravity feed.
Bottom line- no one in their right mind wants to be on a grinder if they can get gravity.
And John Maxwell is not stupid.
Bottom line- no one in their right mind wants to be on a grinder PERIOD!!!
ReplyDeleteBut John has no problem forcing such on the rest of us!
John needs to do some soul searching!
Maxwell is going to find himself in a sea of honest politicians in the next few years...he better not burn all his bridges simply because he still has a few "stragglers" holding on for their dear, crooked lives!
ReplyDeleteNot being able to flush during power outages is for mere peasants...John is no peasant!
ReplyDeleteSo Maxwell can pick and choose the time he hooks on to sewers and the types of sewers he is willing to on hook to?
ReplyDeleteAnd yet, Maxwell will still be on his septic system well after the dcrsd is funded out of existence!
Just more evidence that the dcrsd board sees themselves as being "above" the "rules" that they are striving to position themselves to "demand" of the rest of us!
ReplyDelete"Maxwell is going to find himself in a sea of honest politicians in the next few years...he better not burn all his bridges simply because he still has a few "stragglers" holding on for their dear, crooked lives!"
ReplyDeleteMaxwell and Company will be lost in a polite, ethical society where what he wants is not just a phone call away from some suck-up political stooge such as Benning!
Benning, Fox and Hughes were/are just a phone call away from the likes of Maxwell. But for the rest of us, they would not even permit "public comment" because the likes of Maxwell were feeling uncomfortable by the legitmate questions being ask as to the likes of Maxwell "controlling" this County!
ReplyDeleteThe people at Highridge Estates have no options.
ReplyDeleteFunny!
No one mentioned that when they were using the problems of High Ridge to "rush" through with the formation of the DCRSD to fix High Ridge!
Vera needs to contact each and every family in High Ridge and tell them in her best SNL "Emily Litella" voice:
"NEVER MIND!"
Maybe Jeff better survey the public concerning the dcrsd?
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking not only were folks not informed well enough about the formation of the dcrsd, those who tried to keep themselves informed, were freaking lied to!
Expect Jeff and his family phone bank to get on this first thing Monday morning!
Jeff wants us all to be properly informed, don't you know!
But there still is the National Socialist Party they could enlist to do their bidding!
ReplyDelete60 plus years ago, Jeff would have been doing a phone survey for his Masters asking questions such as:
"HEY, ANY IDEA WHERE A MS. ANNE FRANK MIGHT BE LIVING AT THE PRESENT TIME?"
The people at Highridge Estates have no options.
ReplyDeleteA special thank you to Doug Baer for helping this happen!
doug you your soul sold
ReplyDeleteas the petty bureaucrat
to better your lot
a doug baer haiku
ReplyDeleteleaving me scratching my head
l like poems that rhyme
"The people at Highridge Estates have no options.
ReplyDeleteA special thank you to Doug Baer for helping this happen!"
Doug might 'OK' a daily "slop truck" to take the waste to dearborn county REGIONAL sewer district sewer district for processing.
