  1. Any information on Philip M Darling?

  2. Lives on Burzelbach Road- attends county meetings periodically so he knows what is going on.

  3. I read in the Journal Press that Ralph Thompson will be having a "Conversation with a Commissioner" at the North Dearborn library. Jeff Hughes upon hearing this immediately announced he will be having a "Dinner with the Developers" at John Maxwell's basement. John said to bring your own brown bag lunch.

  4. Thanks to his coziness with our local power hungry and entitled development interests, Jeff Hughes will have the absolute most campaign signs of any losing candidate in county history!

  5. "Lives on Burzelbach Road- attends county meetings periodically so he knows what is going on."

So, I guess Mr. Darling is one of those "active" citizens who likes to be involved in county government that "have the time and money” to attend meetings that Jeff Hughes so despises?

I guess it is too late to run John Zeiden agaist Mr. Darling!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Or maybe he just wants to know how his tax money is being spent.

  7. Or maybe he just wants to know how his tax money is being spent.

What next, will he want to know why Dennerline got his sewers before the dcrsd did anything to fix high ridge?

    ReplyDelete
  8. If Mr. Darling is serious about running, Charlie "The Tax Dollar Fairy" Fehrman better see to it that Mr. Darling gets the required John Zeiden CD to get Mr. Darling's "mind right" as to just what Boss Maxwell expects from him!

    ReplyDelete
  9. In Dearborn County it's not what party you are with, it's do you represent Maxwell and his buddies,or the people. Darling is a good man who will represent the people. Thanks for running Mr. Darling.

  10. "Darling is a good man who will represent the people."

So I guess Morris will not be including Mr. Darling on any flier as the only Democrat amongst a list of Republicans that the leadership has determined to be the most malleable in giving up all shreds of self-respect as they are willing to do anything to further the interests of the politically connected few development types in this County?

    Good thing, I guess.

I know Sen. Nugent was mortified when he found out his name had been added to such a flyer.

I wonder if Sen. Nugent is still giving the cold shoulder to all those involved in that awful, awful, awful flier?

  11. I missed the six o'clock news tonight, anybody know if High Ridge Estates is still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek?

  12. Bob Bischoff recently did a survey by mail. His findings were broadcast on the radio. NO ONE FROM HIS OFFICE CALLED ME PERSONALLY!!!! IT'S RIGGED!!!! THEY ONLY REPORT WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR!!! Right Jeff, and brother Tim? Did Bob call you? I'm still waiting for my phone call. This mailed survey can't be used. Throw out these invalid findings. Mail? Some people in this county can't read or understand what they read, they need to be called!!!!!

  13. I'm still waiting for my phone call from the Hughes Family Polling Service relative to if I had been adequately informed as to the forming of the DCRSD.

  14. Didn't Holland just get out of jail for cutting his neighbors phone line?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Well I don't know do really think
    this up-standing young man would
    do such a thing

    ReplyDelete
  16. I heard the neighbor's phone line was installed "in error" on Holland's property.
And didn't the neighbor happen to work for the county sheriff?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Why would anyone cut their neighbors' phone line?

Did he or did he not just get out of jail?

Or is this just another republican leadership dirty trick?

I am open to anyone with the facts.

    ReplyDelete
  18. If Holland has a real, paying job, not dependant on development sugar-daddies to throw him a bone once in a while to support his lifestyle, then, he is head and shoulders above Maxwell's Minions.

    ReplyDelete
  19. The deciding factor should be, would Vera Benning support Pat Holland?

    ReplyDelete
  20. She replaced him on the sewer board with one of her pals.

    ReplyDelete
  21. She replaced him on the sewer board with one of her pals.

    A pal?

    Or political contributor?

A pal of Vera Benning would view her as an equal.

A contributor would view Vera Benning, such as a Lehner, Ewbank or a Maxwell spawn, as an useful idiot to meet their respective profit needs, regardless of how little respect they might and assuredly would have for Vera Benning?

    ReplyDelete
  22. VERA BENNING HAS PALS? SUCH PALS THAT HAVE LEFT VERA TO SUBSIST ON LOWLY PATRONAGE CRUMBS? POOR VERA! I GUESS IT IS REALLY TRUE...WHAT INDEED GOES AROUND...COMES AROUND...TO BITE YOU ON YOUR AMPLE...!!!

  23. I understand that it was the phone company that brought the charges against Holland. I think the jail was a year or so ago.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Must've been a rinky dink phone company to waste time on that.
Cheaper to just re-lay the line in it's proper place.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I was told that he cut it on the telephone pole. It was a clean cut and he claimed he hit it with his tractor. Not likely in that location. It left hatchet marks in the pole.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Why would he cut the phone line?

Dispute with a neighbor or the phone company?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Maybe he was just working on his land and dug it up?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Well, speaking only for myself, I have know problem with my neighbors using their land phone lines.

    But why bother.

My home phone neither takes pictures, surfs the internet nor downloads I Tunes!

    ReplyDelete
  29. I know, I know, know = no!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Don't you mean know means no!

Or so that is what they tell us in sensitivity training!

    ReplyDelete
  31. We had sensitivity training up here in the N.W. quad when crooked developers and politicians tried to steal our land, then told us not to be so sensitive.

    ReplyDelete
  32. "...told us not to be so sensitive."

To take it with a smile and a chuckle?

    Grin widely!

Your “small” sacrifice, according to the DCEDI types of this once decent County, is what is needed, for quick and easy profits of our local DCEDI natives!

    Please tiptoe away quietly!

It does so make our DCEDI natives feel better about themselves and their more than questionable dealings!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Normally, I don't think you dig up phone lines on a telephone pole? Maybe that's a Hoosier thing. After all, I understand they don't relieve themsleves during power outages!

    ReplyDelete
  34. After all, I understand they don't relieve themsleves during power outages!

May I be so bold to ask you, how do you relieve yourself during power outages, not withstanding being a victim of St. Leon or the DCRSD's grinder pump system, where we all must squat behind the nearest bush?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Holland is a school teacher. The only time I'm sure he was in jail was on a drunk driving conviction about three years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Holland got caught with a blood alcohol level that would have still permitted him to fly a bomber mission over Dresden but for the MADD politically correctness we now find ourselves in?

    Oh the humanity!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Holland is a school teacher.

How could a teacher ever learn from Maxwell and his putrescent pupils?

Not to speak out of turn, but I am sure Charlie Fehrman would find Holland over-qualified and unsuitable for duty in the Maxwell Dearborn County Council Enterprise.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I don't understand what we will have to do with cattle, horse, hog, and poultry manure when the vacuum system arrives. Do we have to shovel it into a hopper for our grinder pump or is it O.K to let it sit on the ground. What do the people out of the sewer want us to do?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yep!

I want to see Doug Baer come out to some working farm with a number of head of cattle or other livestock, tip-toe through the endless cow pies and other asssorted droppings to condemn a functional septic system because one of his masters desires to develop a farm he or she just purchased and needs that farmer to subsidize his or her's sewers.

    ReplyDelete
  40. "I want to see Doug Baer come out to some working farm..."

With Brett Fehrman slinking closely behind and reminding Doug that if he cannot condemn the septic system, they still have "availability fees" to fall back on...

...either way, someone is going to pay for Brett's sewers.

    ReplyDelete
  41. So, Holland is not only a neighbor's phone line cutter, he also threatens the safety of the rest of us by getting behind the wheel drunk?

    Oh the humanity!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Johnny nugent could be Holland's designated driver.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Was Charlie Fehrman and Maynard Barrott drinking when they tried to give the dcrsd another 2.3 million dollars for yet another project not connected with fixing High Ridge?

    ReplyDelete
  44. how much money did the county waist on nw quad?whom was in charged of that

    ReplyDelete
  45. "Whom" is an adverb. The proper use should be "who" since you are using it as a subject. Did you go to local schools?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Or the money wasted on Vieste (nothing more than a rainmaker for a few politically connected developers in this county)?

How much money has been designated so far to the DCRSD to fix High Ridge?

    Is High Ridge fixed yet?

How much money has been spent and will be spent in providing patronage welfare for voted booted politicians?

    ReplyDelete
  47. "Whom" is an adverb. The proper use should be "who" since you are using it as a subject. Did you go to local schools?

You know you are losing the battle when you have to resort to picking apart the grammar, sentence structure and/or spelling of a fellow poster.

Let us hope that your numb-brained development shills can spell “concession” in their “concession” statements this election cycle.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Did you know that waarvoor and waaraan are Dutch pronominal adverbs that we should not use when refering to persons?

Will such knowledge stop you sewer scammers?

    Nah!

    ReplyDelete
  49. If Jeff Hughes or Rick Fox ever write their “own” editorials, maybe we can point out their grammar deficiencies.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Grammar/spelling mistakes while posting on an internet blog, are not to be unexpected.

Who checks, double checks their scribbling on a blog other than the most anal among us?

However, as the now late William F. Buckley once said:

“I profoundly believe it takes a lot of practice to become a moral slob.”

And our local development “moral slobs” have been keen to practice their vice at every available opportunity.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Why is it that I can imagine Hillary Clinton feeling more than comfortable being the leader, political and legal counsel of the dcedi?

    ReplyDelete
  52. "Did you go to local schools?"

If you think our local schools are bad now, let a few dishonest development interests build subdivision after subdivision on cheaply bought up farm land and tax our local public school systems to their utmost limit of students to teacher ratio and other attending resources!

"Smart growth" proponents are trying to alleviate such problems...but you do not like "smart growth" proponents…do you?

They tend to get in the way of your fast, politically connected enabled profits, do they not?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Local schools?

Ask Mike Rozow how his kids may have benefited in "our" local schools?

South Dearborn, Lawrenceburg, East Central, what “local” schools did his children attend?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Where did the legal mastermind of the ethically and intellectually flawed DCEDI, Lisa Lehner, attend school?

    ReplyDelete
  55. Vote for Rick Fox and Jeff Hughes, no matter if they may be personally lost as to the proper grammatical use of "who" and "whom," they will do their very best to make sure the proper DCEDI members meet their individual profit quotas, no matter what it may cost the rest of us.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Mike Rozow has no children,Maxwell had him neutered long ago.

    ReplyDelete
  57. "Mike Rozow has no children,Maxwell had him neutered long ago."

Mike has no Dearborn County children, considering he lives in Northern Kentucky.

But he is diligently looking out for the residents of Dearborn County's best interests.

As long as those residents are dues paying members of the DCEDI.

All other residents are simply viewed by Rozow as exploitable resources to be utilized for the “common” good of the DCEDI membership.
