Good news for the farmers--bad news for those wanting the land---check out www.theindychannel.com "Value of Indiana farmland soars with corn prices."--Soaring demand for ethanol hasn't just driven up corn prices--it's also boosted the value of Indiana farmland more than 15 percent in the past year.
I bet the Chamber of Commerce is happy for the farmers.

That's wonderful. Now maybe the county's farmers can quit one or two of the extra jobs they have to hold down to keep the farm alive.
The farmers work hard because they love their land.
The realtor/developer only loves the dollar.
