Council- at- large candidates are voted upon by the entire county.
Philip Darling – Candidate for Council- at –large running in a field of 4 candidates where the TOP THREE Vote recipients win. The three others are Charlie Fehrman, Bill Ullrich, and Maynard Barrott. Fehrman, as stated in a recent article in the Dearborn County Register, has taken a job in the Greater Indianapolis area. He will be moving there after he sells his home here. If he is elected, the Republican Party will be selecting his replacement when he officially changes residency.
