o Driveway accesses to State-maintained roads & County-maintained roads

 Should there be any difference between the State and County, based on the authority responsible for maintenance and permitting?

  Direct access allowances and restrictions

 Driveway spacing requirements (Do they match INDOT specs?)

o Setbacks for accessory structures built in front of primary structures and / or setbacks for accessory structures that are built without primary structures

o Site Plan Review criteria: Minor vs. Major

 Findings of Fact: DRAFT forms to be reviewed

o Who should be responsible to draft these forms?
