Present: Diane Bender, Chairman, Dave Deddens, Jim Helms, Jim Deaton, Alan Goodman
ABSENT: Jamie Graf (non- voting school board member)
Also present:Sue Hayden, county administrator and minute taker, Andrea Ewan, attorney, Connie Fromhold, Auditor and DCRC treasurer.
Meeting started about 10:10AM

EXECUTIVE SESSION @ 8:00 a.m. preceded this meeting.
Memorandum of executive session verified that only these items were discussed. Approved.
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (9) pertains to discussing a job performance evaluation of individual employees and/or receive information about and interview prospective employees and
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (4) to discuss interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by the Indiana economic development corporation, the office of tourism development, the Indiana finance authority, an economic development commission, a local economic development organization (as defined in IC 5-28-11-2(3)), or a governing body of a political subdivision.
ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION- no action from the session.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES- July 2nd minutes approved
CLAIMS AND FINANCIALS- lawn mowing on properties from each TIF that it was in. $10,000 for One Dearborn and $1600 Baker Tilley- total $11,600 from all the TIF’s equally.Total for all bills - $12,240
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: none
NEW BUSINESS: Aurora sign is landscaped and looks good.
ONE DEARBORN REPORT: Spoke to Nicole Daily on the Guilford properties and bids on properties opened. Bids did not go past the amount for Blight elimination program. They should be down by October.
Dearborn County Regional Strategic Plan with Dearborn and Franklin Counties August 25th Tuesday - Virtual.
West Harrison Business Park with drone video etc. done soon. They can do somethings with the Drone Video- they have money in the Duke Readiness for future for marketing.It can be used for appraisals or road base etc.
