2 September 2020 Dearborn County Redevelopment Meeting Notes
Present: Diane Bender, Chairman, Dave Deddens, Jim Helms, Jim Deaton, Alan Goodman, and Jamie Graf (non- voting school board member)
Also present:Sue Hayden, county administrator and minute taker, Andrea Ewan, attorney, Connie Fromhold, Auditor and DCRC treasurer.

EXECUTIVE SESSION @ 8:00 a.m. preceded this meeting
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (9) pertains to discussing a job performance evaluation of individual employees and/or receive information about and interview prospective employees and
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (4) to discuss interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by the Indiana economic development corporation, the office of tourism development, the Indiana finance authority, an economic development commission, a local economic development organization (as defined in IC 5-28-11-2(3)), or a governing body of a political subdivision.
MEMORANDUM OF EXECUTIVE SESSION - the DCRC board verified that only the advertised items were discussed.
ACTION FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION- received info from Cross Dock that they are released from their contract on a spec building and allowed it to expire. DCRC retained the $10,000 as restitution for them not marketing the property while under the contract.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES- August 19th minutes approved
CLAIMS AND FINANCIALS - $280.00 pay from W. Aurora TIF: Drake Lawn & Landscape for mowing US 50 Business Park sign area 4 times- approved.
