The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for November 27, 2023 at 6:00pm. The Board will be reviewing the revised draft Zoning Maps which will be revised based on a collection of the Board members decisions for areas of revisions. I am currently working on the revised draft zoning map now. I am hoping to have it completed by the end of this week, but being more realistically it will probably be the closer to November 9th. I will be posting the maps on the website when they have been completed. I will send out an email to this group of the overall County map (when completed) as it will be presented to the Board members when it is completed. If you are wanting the maps based on Townships those will be posted on the website.
Please pass on this information to any and all friends, family members and property owners in Dearborn County. We are coming down to the end of this process. In my opinion the maps and text will not be voted on in the November meetings as I would think the Board will want to discuss the revised draft map. However, there could be a vote during the December meeting. So please be sure to add the meetings to your calendar and attend in order to be involved in the process. The December meeting is scheduled for December 18th.
