I thought Ralph’s house busted a steam line this morning. Puffs of white mist and vapors were spewing forth from under the snow all around his homestead.

Turns out it was just the steamy, sweltering breath wafted skyward by his horses.

He needs to get those little guys shoes with lifts.

Little Horses?

Is that really the best use for his land?

How many bankers, realtors, developers, title attorneys or Cub Cadet dealers could that Little Horse farm support?

I heard Cub Cadet dealers supported Linkmeyer last election!

At least, they ran side by side, in releases handed out to the public and published in local newspapers, during the general election!

Maybe, I just missed the nuances of running side by side in flyers and newsprint!

Maybe, Cub Cadet dealers were misinformed via insipid and character flawed publishing companies to place their names, side by side, with the likes of Linkmeyer!

Maybe…!

From an earlier thread:

Jim West:

”The Honda plant in Greensburg presents Dearborn County with an opportunity to attract Honda suppliers and others, and it is important to take steps to ensure that opportunities for the right kind of development investment are not lost.”

Honda spokesman David Iida tells Eagle News that the automaker chose Greensburg because it could use the existing supplier base in the Midwest.

Iida adds that Honda knows nothing of a 30 mile radius within the site of the Greensburg plant which it will not use suppliers.

"I don't know where that speculation evolved. I guess some people might be coming up with their own ideas as to how we might be looking at that situation. But again, we haven't given any specific direction to suppliers in that regard. We expect that suppliers will make use of their existing facilities," Iida said.

Spin this Master West!

What does this news foreshadow for the good, decent folks in the NW quadrant?

Their septic tanks are no longer functioning properly, and, by the way, have you seen the new Fehrman subdivision signs?!!!

Raise your hands if you heard the same anecdotal story about the NW Quadrant wrecker driver, hip deep in NW Quadrant raw sewage, while winching a car out of a NW Quadrant ditch. Major NW Quadrant septic tank failure!!!

Q: What would David Letterman's "Top Ten" call the DCEDI?

A: A target rich environment!
