On June 24, 2008 I was elected President of the Board of Directors of the Valley Rural Utility Corporation (VRUC). Currently none of the VRUC members are authorized to represent VRUC in any discussions. Therefore, all communicatrions are to go through me. Please inform all SDRSD Board members of this change.
