This information PROVES that the aledged jailhouse snitch NEVER was in contact with Dan Brewington. This PROVES that the snitch story was NOT true. This PROVES that Special Crimes Detective McHenry and DA Negengard were intellectually dishonest in their allegations against Dan Brewington. And this PROVES that they continued their conspiracy to keep Brewington in jail.
What does it take for the citizens of Dearborn County to WAKE UP!
they were housed in separate areas of the jail as shown by their cell numbers.
their time in and out of their repsective cell blocks is different.
how exactly did Keith Jones get his info on Brewington?
why didn't the SCU detective McHenry verify their alleged meeting location and time?
is this how info and intel is collected by our sheriff's department?
The information used as a basis for all of the charges against Brewington is now seen as FALSE. McHenry (who worked for DA Negengard at the time) did not properly investigate this matter.
One can only speculate as to whether this investigation was
-Incompetently conducted
-Purposefully redirected to serve DA Negengard's needs.
Once again, when this information came to light in the jail, the State of Ohio, the county of Hamilton, and the City of Cincinnati discredited it.
Why did DA Negengard pick up on it? Because Brewington was a thorn in his side.
McHenry and Negengard will get their chance to answer these questions under oath at the soon to be upcoming case in US Federal Court against them and others.
You mean that Brewington and this Jones fellow NEVER met before?
How could McHenry be so incompetent?
Why is our county spending all this money on this case?
The DA must be out for blood or something.
