So is it safe to assume that the new public record request form is somehow related to the county having public access and open door violations?
Looks like a lot of paperwork for the county employees.
Regarding Public Records:
I've been unable to locate the Commission meeting minutes regarding the jail contract with Advanced Correctional Healthcare, based in Peoria, Illinois, that provides medical services to the jail on this site. Could this meeting have taken place in one of the private meetings? Surely not considering medical care is one of the most expensive items on Dearborn's jails budget. I've looked for the contract at the Indiana State Board of Accounts, to no avail, and am unsure where else to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
yes where can you get the public records
