14 FEBRUARY 2020 Dearborn County Redevelopment Meeting Notes
Present: Diane Bender, Chairman, Dave Deddens, Jim Helms, Jim Deaton, and Jamie Graf (non- voting school board member)
Alan Goodman was present via phone due to having the flu.
Also present:Sue Hayden, county administrator and minute taker, Andrea Ewan, Attorney Connie Fromhold, Auditor and DCRC treasurer.
Title VI statement read as legally required.
MEMORANDUM OF EXECUTIVE SESSION- EXECUTIVE SESSION @ 8:00 a.m. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (9) pertains to discussing a job performance evaluation of individual employees. Verified that this was all that was discussed.
ACTION OF EXECUTIVE SESSION- board plans to have another executive session to discuss the employee matters
APPROVAL OF MINUTES- January 16 minutes approved
CLAIMS AND FINANCIALS- Barnes and Thornburg 2,571.50 paid out of West Harrison TIF

OTHER BUSINESS- Deddens went to Whitewater Mills and also saw they were drilling for the silos. Also saw the Naegele building was nice.
