12 November 2020 Dearborn County Redevelopment Meeting Notes
Present:Diane Bender, Chairman, Jim Helms, Jim Deaton. Alan Goodman, and Dave Deddens present via telephone.
ABSENT: Jamie Graf (non- voting school board member)
Also present:Sue Hayden, county administrator and minute taker, Andrea Ewan, attorney, Connie Fromhold, Auditor and DCRC treasurer.
Dave Deddens and Randy Maxwell were calling back in for the meeting. Mike Perleberg was present for both executive session and meeting.

This meeting was preceded by an executive session.
The purpose for the Executive Session is to discuss interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by the Indiana economic development corporation, the office of tourism development, the Indiana finance authority, an economic development commission, a local economic development organization (as defined in IC 5-28-11-2(3)), or a governing body of a political subdivision, classified confidential by state and federal statute IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (4).
MEMORANDUM FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION- DCRC Board verified that they only discussed what was advertised in the session.
ACTION FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION- 1. Terminated contract with Tom Stone to buy acreage in West Harrison TIF pursuant to our right to do so. Approved.
2. Diane Bender and Jim Deaton have authority to negotiate parameters to for the project from executive session subject to letter of intent. Approved.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES- October 21st minutes approved.
CLAIMS AND FINANCIALS- $10,000 One Dearborn 3rd qtr payment equally from all TIFs - approved.
Financials passed out for review.
$3500 rent from Tom Stone for rent of his farm
