NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Dearborn County Board of Commissioners have called an Executive Session to begin at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the purpose(s) of:
Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)
For discussion of strategy with respect to…Initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used in this clause, “litigation” includes any judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law.
The Executive Session will take place in the Henry Dearborn Meeting Room located on the 1st floor of the Dearborn County Government Center, 165 Mary Street, Lawrenceburg, Indiana 47025. The regularly scheduled meeting of the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners will begin at the conclusion of the Executive Session or at 9:00 A.M., whichever is later.
