TITLE VI STATEMENT FOR COMPLIANCE was read by Baudendistel as legally required.
OLD BUSINESS
Schneider GIS Contract - Nicole Daily- Zoning Administrator- TABLED until November 1st
NEW BUSINESS
License Agreement with St. Elizabeth regarding 2nd Helipad- Baudendistel said this is on a parcel owned by the county- between Campus Drive and SR 48. The VA construction company will build the pad on county property there after they are finished with the VA building. Cost is not to the county. Commissioners signed off on the use of the land.
ADMINISTRATOR – Sue Hayden- RFQ Project in Basement of Courthouse Annex- restrooms and a kitchenette and other items. Because the project is under $150,000. Bruns Gutzwiller, Maxwell, and Noel were sent request for RFQs. Only Maxwell applied. Area A- $$146,624 Area B $36,090. This is about $50,000 less than expected. This qualifies for ARPA (federal money) Council will have to sign off on this. Commissioners accepted the quote from Maxwell. This all came up due to the COVID clinic that had to be set up with portolets outside. Probst is not in favor of the project, but he does accept the quotes. If Council allocates then they can execute the contract. Council meets Nov 16th. Commissioners accepted the quotes from Maxwell.
AUDITOR – Connie Fromhold -Claims/Payroll and Oct 4th Minutes were approved.
Bill Shelton- Building Commissioner 18981 Union Ridge Rd @ SR 48 on the tax sale a few times. It hasn’t sold. County can take deed to it because of this There is a redemption period allowed. Then Shelton has the funds to have it demolished. Commissioners approved proceeding wit the necessary steps on acquiring this property.
The Seldom Seen property has been renovated and it is amazed. Basement is done. Neighbors have not complained. It’s been a good year for that property.

COMMISSIONER COMMENTS-
Probst- encourage people to vote- see a trend up for absentee ballots. Park Board is down to needing 3 members. Need to get a Democrat for to from Dylan Liddle. Excellent exercise for training the distillery for hazmat etc.
Thatcher- Get updated booster ASAP.
