PUBLIC NOTICE OF
JOINT SPECIAL MEETING
The Dearborn County Auditor has called a joint Special Meeting of the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners and the Dearborn County Council pursuant to Indiana Code § 36-2-2-8(a)(1) and § 36-2-3-7(c)(1). Notice is hereby given that this joint Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.
This joint Special Meeting has been called by the Dearborn County Auditor at the request of the Lawrenceburg Conservancy District (“LCD”). Representatives from the LCD will make a presentation during the joint Special Meeting; however, no final action will be taken and no business unrelated to this purpose will be conducted.
