Subject: Dearborn County Travel Status - Orange
Per the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners Dearborn County, IN will remain under a "Orange" travel watch. Frigid temperatures along with blowing and drifting snow are making clearing roadways difficult. Please use extra caution if you are on the roadways.
A "Orange" travel watch means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a "watch" local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended, and emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations.
Indiana travel status map can be found at https://www.in.gov/dhs/travela
Please do not call 911 to ask for road conditions.
Thanks!
