For those wanting to know how the May 20th Workshop at 6 PM will be set up- Below is the answer from Nicole Daily, Planning and Zoning Director.

We will have different stations of information with some sample ordinances. We will have different areas for people to “vote” on different topics. We will have visuals for different ordinance ideas that we have received for people to review and cast a vote. I will have a loop of a noise study that we did with solar and current conditions throughout the County. We will have some time at the end for question and answers and comments based on what people viewed during the workshop.
I don’t know how much space all of this will take, so I don’t know if we will only be in the Commissioners room or also out in the lobby area. But we will still have it live streamed on youtube. If there are any exhibits that are at the meeting will be also posted on the website for people to submit comments and take the same votes. I plan on having the information up on the website so people can view the exhibits at the same time as the workshop, if they are watching on youtube live or if they want to go back later and watch it. The only thing that won’t be on youtube will be what will be located in the lobby if we have to use the lobby.
