Request: Waiver on a 100% reduction of sidewalk requirements

F. ADMINISTRATIVE—
• Solar Ordinance text amendment—review collected information, citizen comments, legal
issues, draft ordinances, etc.
• Exhibits to illustrate different suggested development standards on basic properties
• It has been requested for experts in their line of field related to solar to speak and answer
questions from the Plan Commission at this meeting.
Solar Experts:
As the request was not made by the submittal deadline of the July meeting, we have advised
those that requested to speak/answer any questions from the Plan Commission, to submit a formal
request by the deadline of the August meeting, if they would like to make presentations (given a
designated length of time to speak), gather questions from Plan Commission and the public. They will
be available for questions, and the public (any person attending the meeting) is given the opportunity
to speak during public comment portions of the meeting.
