Growth with no consideration and deliberation towards the infrastructure needs and capabilities of the community, have left countless communities across this country in the same boat!

What this homeowner needs is a "forced sewer hook-up letter" from Brett and friends!

Our tax dollars went to the DCEDI to further line the pockets of a handful of the politically connected of this county!
It would seem they have trouble with lining their own pockets without our tax dollars or extorting money from others!

Tell us when the Dearborn County public was informed when you went from an entity to fix High Ridge, to a regional concern, hellbent on having existing home and property owners subsidize a handful of realtor/developers?
"Sick Puppies" are those who see no ethical or moral implications in stealing from their neighbors in order for a few of the politically connected can profit!
The DCRSD's role models are those crooks up in St. Leon making life miserable for the good, decent and honest folks surrounding St. Leon! Chuck Andres and Brett Fehrman are two peas from the same pod! It is no wonder Dillsboro or the SDRSD do not want anything to do with these DCRSD's schemers!
Frank Kramer is DCrSD lawyer, but the groundwork, for "the county take over" without a bit of infrastructure or treatment capacity, was orchestrated through Lisa Lehner by Parvin Price. This Parvin Price "double pay" lawyer is now the lawyer for LMS in "tuckerville". Wait till he gets the DCrSD and Tucker paying his fees to trump the SDRSD. Money will fly out of the county; the likes of only seen by VRUC in the last 12 years. VRUC has payed 1 to 2 mollion dollars and still are paying Price $20,000 per month on the remainder of unbilled legal services.

Having politicians capable of exercising good stewardship with OUR money would be a good start to lowering our overall tax bills!
Look at the money "thrown away" in this County alone to special interests or just via the "good ole boy/gal" network!

I agree, Dearborn county once had a gentleman commissioner who seem to be very educated however used the county credit card for his own bills, I guess you would say he was not a good steward of of our tax money.

Most of us living in High Ridge are still awaiting the delivery of "her" promises how the DCRSD would "fix" our problems!
To date, it would seem we were all duped for the benefit of Rodney Dennerline, Brett Fehrman and a handful of realtors and developers!
A charitable view of her lies is that they were the result of some socio-pathological disease to impress others with her perceived and abused power!

She was the number one cheerleader for the DCRSD as a commissioner.
So much so, that she was hired as the secretary of the DCRSD by those she so supported after her loss to Thompson!
Political Patronage, to the n'th degree!
Vera Benning went from a public servant to a power-mad politico in the blink of an eye!
So much so, when she lost the primary, she could not control her hubris and immediately crossed party lines to find anyone who could foil Thompson in the general election!

Well yes I took that picture. The problem is that this poor guy's house, behind the sign, has to be sold. The guy has to sell his home because he can't pay his taxes that have gone through the roof.
I think that is vey sad. I'd hate to have to sell mine because of increased property taxes.
Of course the DCDEI crowd and Twinkle Toes' members don't give a damn. The sums that we are talking about are simply chump change to them but it's not chump change to most citizens.
