NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Dearborn County Board of Health has called an Executive Session to begin at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 23, 2020.  The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the purpose(s) of:

Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9)

To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees.  This subdivision does not apply to discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.

The Executive Session will take place in the Henry Dearborn Meeting Room located on the 1^st floor of the Dearborn County Courthouse, 165 Mary Street, Lawrenceburg, Indiana 47025.  The regularly scheduled meeting of the Dearborn County Board of Health will begin at the conclusion of the Executive Session or at 7:30 P.M., whichever is later.
