Discretion of the Board: Need to get someone to help us run this “railroad” per Fehrman.
Stenger has some calls out etc . To get more input on operations people. Wants to meet with Kelly- after she gets back from vacation.
Software -per Cline - is to be looked at and updated to keep billing. The new software may have many more options for electronic billing etc. This will help with scope of the RFP.
Fehrman- Our RFP should have that info in it.
Cline said this can be relatively simple with several topics. This is the step before we enter into a contract. You can bill on all or add some etc. It should be about 4-5 pages tops.
Stenger agreed and wants to add the appropriate clauses to cover legally.
