 E. NEW BUSINESS –

 1. Request: Primary Plat for Harvest Meadows 15 lot Subdivision Applicant/Owner: Maxwell Properties V, Inc Site Location: Dog Ridge Road Parcel: #15-02-15-100-011.000-010 Township: Kelso Size: +/-28.5 acres 

2. Request: Lighthouse Point Landing 16-unit Townhouse PUD Subdivision Applicant/Owner: LHPYC LLC Site Location: 11042 SR 56 Parcel: #15-12-09-200-007.003-002 Township: Center Size: 9.97 acres 

F. ADMINISTRATIVE 

 Discuss adding text to the requirements of Land Division for split labeling remainders as Buildable or Non-Buildable and labeling remainders with approximate acreage

  Discuss and Vote on Panhandle widths changes for Subdivision Ordinance Article 3, Section 315—Lot Arrangement and Sizes. 

 Discuss the definition of living area for the Zoning Ordinance

  Discuss adding grass ordinance and enforcement actions within the unincorporated areas of the County 

Discuss Update to the Comprehensive Plan through 2025, workshops for public involvement, surveys, completed studies or plans to be included, separate Bright Overlay Zoning Districts, etc. 

Discuss the First Comprehensive Plan Update Workshop outcome 

Next Comprehensive Plan Update Workshop to be tentatively scheduled for July 24th, 2025 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
