ADDITIONAL SERVICES – Change Order #1: $25,000

Dear Mr. Baudendistel,

This letter serves as notice to continue services for the Outline of Professional Services for MS4 Program

Development and Support for Dearborn County, the City of Aurora, the City of Greendale, and the City of

Lawrenceburg contract, dated and approved for January 17th, 2023.

Fee

We will continue to support this project on a time and materials basis, per the effective Hourly Rate Schedule in the

original contract. The previous contract limit was $25,000. Up to $25,000 in additional work is authorized in this

change order, bringing the new contract total not to exceed $50,000 without the CLIENT’s prior approval. Invoicing

will be performed monthly and include a summary of activities performed during the billing period.

Contract Terms and Conditions

“Standard Terms and Conditions”, from the original agreement continue to apply to all additional work.

If this change order is acceptable to you, a signature on this letter will serve as our authorization to proceed. If you
