Some County Sewer Issues to be Covered in Thursday Paper

This morning at 10 AM there was a meeting at the SDRSD (South Dearborn Regional Sewer District) Office. Greendale, Lawrenceburg, and Aurora reps were present as usual. County Commissioner Ralph Thompson, DCRSD (Dearborn County Regional Sewer District) was represented by their attorney Frank Kramer along with Brett Fehrman and Rodney Dennerline, DCRSD board members. VRUC from HVL also had representatives in attendance.

Rather than give second hand information on the details of this meeting I strongly encourage those interested in sewer issues to pick up this Thursday's edition of the Register. They had a reporter in attendance. I asked when they'd do their report and they told me that they plan to do the story this week.

What is up with Frank Kramer?

He seems to just do the job, for the County, for which he was retained...

...showing no inate need to "game" the system for his respective clients or his own interests!

We need more Frank Kramers!

Frank is a genuine and likeable guy!

Frank Kramer is the “George Bailey” of It’s A Wonderful Life, to his predessor’s “Cruella de Ville” of A 101 Dalmations.

What does Frank Kramer's personality have to do with sewers?
Forced DCRSD spot sewering. That's a whole other issue!

Well, unlike his predessor, Frank will simply do the legal work, without the "cheerleading" for grinder pumps and pressurized sewer lines!

Frank is simply an attorney, not a "puppet master" who was the past board shyster!

Knowing, the political climate that exists today in this County, what bank, bonding company, or who ever, would be negligent enough to bond these conflicted clowns at the DCRSD?

So, is Rodney Dennerline for enforced grinder pumps and sewer hook-ups?

Is he willing to be the front-man in the campaign for enforced grinder pumps and sewer hook-ups?

Cause he has some "splanining" to do why he is getting his entire trailer park hook-uped for free!

Does ole Rodney, giggle out-loud, during DCRSD meetings?

Any word concerning the "No Enforced Sewer Hook-Ups Letter," Messmore and Ewbank are working so diligently on?

Did Dennerline ever sell used cars?

He seems to have that “Used Car Salesman” smell to him!

As if the “Used Car Salesmen Gene” is situated deep within his genetic make-up!

Goodness!

We have Dennerline, Maxwell, Fehrman, Hankins and their little "bo-bo" Vera.

This must be the "ETHICAL LIGHT” version of the DCRSD?

Is there not one person on the DCRSD Board, who is willing to step up and at least publicly question Dennerline's "deal!"

Now would be a wonderful and opportune time for Jim West of the DCEDI to publicly state that conflicts of interests, such as those seemingly evident on the DCRSD Board, are considered to be the chief and principal hindrance to the acceptance of major development in this County by its citizens!

Kramer is DCRSD's lawyer. Ewbanks is Dearborn co's lawyer and lawyer for VRUC and UCB bank. Kramer and Ewbanks are partners in their law firm.
Ewbanks and P.Price were/are VRUC's lawyers. Ewbanks and Price took Rupel down for HVL citizens. P.Price is LMH's new lawyer. L Lehner when representing DCRSD was being detailed by Price. Price is well connected to IDEM and has been known to hire lawyers from IDEM for his firm.

Kramer might be a fine fellow. I imagine that his family likes him, dogs and stray cats like him. He is is a neat guy.

I sent to him a fax during the election in Nov. 2006 and I expected a reply. If I can get a reply from the White House, the United States Senators, our congessional representatives, given that the latter two they know how to read,I ought to be able to get some sort of reply from this guy, but nope.

This boy is above us,
We don't deserve courtesy from the likes of him.

Think of it after all he even got through law school and passed the Indiana Bar exam. Woweeee, what a guy.

So, it is hard to tell from the obtuse artcle, is Kramer against impact fees.

Is this because the average citizen subsidizes Kramer's clients' incomes and he does not give a rat's ass for the average citizen?

Anonymous said...

Kramer is serving DCRSD's agenda which will be costing tax payers and new service coustmers more than they would be paying if the existing (SDRSD) regional sewer district would be not be hindered from expanding territory by the newly formed and questionably-functional (DCRSD).

The answer to your question is Kramer couldn't be against impact fees. Impact fees are necessary for DCRSD to fund their activities , pay their bills having a little left over for "discretionary spending".

Anonymous said...

Is it the absolute fairness and reasonableness of impact fees that so infuriates and enrages the realtor/developers who wish to go “hog wild” with someone else's money?

On the bright side, as new, more responsible commissioners and council members are elected to office, there will not be much time nor room on the DCRSD left for the likes of Fehrman, Dennerline, Maxwell and their other lackeys!

Frank is a genuine and likeable guy!

Thank you Mr. Ewbank for your input.

How is the "good" cop "bad" cop routine working out for you?

Anonymous said...

If Frank is so good, why does he not recommend that DCRSD clean up it's internal problems and conflicts of interest?

Does the law only apply to the Citizens and not to the DCRSD members?

If Kramer had any integtrity, he would demand that Dennerline step down!

But of course, that whole Board and its attorney, are all about mutual collusion in order for all of their conflicting interests to be met!
