Someone needs to ask Hughes, Fehrman and Barrett:

WHY IS IT THAT DEVELOPMENT DRIVEN SEWERS, SUCH AS ST. LEON, LMH AND THE PROPOSED SEWERS OF THE DCRSD, ARE SO DANG EXPENSIVE AS COMPARED TO SMART GROWTH SEWERS SUCH AS THOSE OF THE SDRSD?

IS IT THAT DEVELOPMENT DRIVEN SEWERS ONLY HAVE ONE OFJECTIVE, QUICK PROFIT FOR POLITICALLY CONNECTED DEVELOPERS?

The old guard VRUC development driven sewer crooks were doing their best to partner up with the like-minded DCRSD development driven sewer crooks which would have raised rates by more than 8 times what HVL would be paying Greendale.

Now dcrsd sewer crooks are trying to join up st. leon's sewer crooks. I'm sick and tired of all these thieves. They are no better than common criminals.

Reeves Ordered To Pay Restitution, Spend Year In Jail
(Batesville, IN) – A former Batesville-area developer will have to pay restitution to the people he scammed out of money.

Fifty-nine-year-old Gary Reeves has been sentenced.

He told investors that he had no debt with a home development called Belmont Estates when he actually had liens on the property.

Reeves will pay $142,000 to three victims and spend a year in prison.

Prosecutors had asked for the maximum 33-years behind bars.

The Board of Licensure began its investigation into the land surveying practice of Mr. Woodfill after receipt of a complaint received from a licensee. Mr. Woodfill is a resident of Indiana who practices in Kentucky and other jurisdictions through a large national land surveying company. The investigation of Mr. Woodfill identified a number of concerns ranging from MTS violations to a failure to provide adequate supervisory control of both field and office personnel. In settlement discussions, the parties were able to reach an agreement, which was subsequently recommended to the full Board. This agreement imposes the following sanctions on Mr. Woodfill: (1) a fine of $2,500; (2) a suspension of six (6) months; (3) an extra MTS seminar; (4) a college level surveying ethics course. This agreement was approved by action of the Board of Licensure on January 14, 2005. It should be noted that a document review is being imposed for a period of two (2) years on all Kentucky projects done by Mr. Woodfill's employer, Bock & Clark.
