Re: the allegation that Brewington approached a cellmate in Hamilton County about a "murder-for-hire" scheme against Humphrey:

"Negangard said there was insufficient evidence to bring charges on that allegation."

Insufficient evidence?!? How about ZERO evidence? How about evidence that he and his buddy Detective/Commissioner/whatever other hat he's wearing this week McHenry falsified and presented as fact?!? Say what you will about Brewington, but I'm beginning to wonder who the real criminals are around here.

How did that allegation come about? Was it McHenry? Where can one read about it? Surely there is an excerpt somewhere on this blog.

Check out Sept 23, 2011 post and Oct 24, 2011 post in archives.
Go to Facebooks- Help Dan Brewington see his girls and/or his blog to see postings of actual documents and transcripts from his trial and sentencing and arraignment and bond hearings.
Hope this helps.
Negangard is working his smoke screen hard with the press. If you tell a story enough times- I guess it becomes "true" in your head. Negangard may actually believe all the crap he says.

Aaron said it best about his own position in the case: “Why let the facts get in the way of the case?”

One has to really wonder if he is just posturing because he has to or whether he is really this delusional. If the latter, that is truly frightening.
