After the election. How convenient.

Very, very, very hard to imagine Hess is guilty. Many of her co-workers agreed she was a wonderful nurse. Vertebrae fractures most commonly are caused by car crashes or dives from great heights. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously bad evidence. And why didn't the eyewitness intercede? If I saw an elderly person being abused I'd act (no doubt in my mind) not use the abuse as dinner party chatter at a later date. What kind of person wouldn't immediately step in? Lord, I hope Hess has the money for a good legal team.
