We don't have enough of our own crime to worry about and now Negangard is creating it out of thin air? I'm all for officers and military people having the right equipment, but c'mon.
No media attention for the local media hound + Getting low on seizure money + Maybe wanting to run for a state office = grasping at any opportunity that he can find.
There is a jail to fill up now.
