NEW BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATOR – Sue Hayden:
EMS Squad contracts 2021- Aurora, Dillsboro, Greendale and Lawrenceburg, Sunman, Bright, Manchester, and Moores Hill - each squad gets $20,000 up to a total of 2 squads per entity. Approved
Juvenile Center 2021 Dr David Dobbs ( $11,500/year) and nurse Ron Phillips ($13,000/year) agreements
AUDITOR – Connie Fromhold: Claims/Payroll and Jan 5th Minutes approved.
2021 Contracts with Fire and EMS for Riverboat Revenue Distribution- each get 1/21 of 5% - Fromhold read the entire list of contracts- approved
Review of Encumbrances - there has to be an invoice for these i\encumbrances to get them paid per Fromhold.
ATTORNEY – Andy Baudendistel- not present
COMMISSIONER COMMENTS- Little - Bright Lions got to help Franklin Co out with wheelchair for the COVID vaccines.
Thatcher- pleased with how Dr Eliason and Health Dept are getting the vaccines done and also how they are making sure no vaccine is wasted.
Spoke with Andy Baudendistel and told him to take whatever time he needs concerning his step dad’s death.
LATE ARRIVAL INFORMATION- Sue Hayden fro Baudendistel- Proclamation renewing the local COVID emergency that will be reviewed on March 17, 2021 and can be terminated anytime prior to that pending changes. Approved and signed.
