2 January 2008 Dearborn County Commissioner Meeting Notes

2 January 2008 Dearborn County Commissioner Meeting Notes

Present: Hughes, Chairman, Fox, and Thompson

Also present: Pickens, Auditor, and Messmore, Administrator.

ABSENT: Ewbank, Attorney.

Uniformed police officer was present.

Hughes was reappointed as President again. He also serves as OKI rep, SE IN regional Planning Rep and on the Common Construction Wage Board.

Commissioners agreed to keep all their current duties on their boards.

Hughes re-read all the county officials and they are all considered to be reappointed:

Bryan Messmore- Administrator

Bob Ewbank- Attorney

Todd Listerman- Transportation/Highway Engineer and Director

Don Townsend- Building Inspector/Weights and Measures

Margaret Minzner - GIS Specialist

Cheryl Lohmiller- Animal Control Director

Bill Black- Emergency Management

Charlie Ashley- 911 Director

Eric Hartman- Maintenance Supervisor

Bill Ewbank- Veteran’s Services Officer

Messmore noted there are 37 Boards in the County though the Commissioners do not appoint all of them. They have 445 people on them and 100 of these are seated by Commissioners.

Board Appointments also made include some changes:

Convention and Visitor’s Bureau: for next 2 years- Ahmad Ahmad, Marilyn Bower, Dee Hacker, Steve Hedges, and Ellen Perfect.

DCRSD (Sewer Board) : Barry Pruss and Dave Enzweiler for 3 years

Animal Control: Dave Schneider for 2 years

Health Board: Dr Steve Eliason- for 4 years

County Farm Rep: Earl Dawson and Jerry Reamer for 3 years

Cemetery Board- Chris McHenry for an undetermined time (Commissioners were unsure of the term of this board)

Historic Hoosier Hills: Dan Stroup for 1 year

Alcoholic Beverage Board: Jim Dole for 1 year

Emergency Management Advisory: Barry Nanz, Sandy Leptak, Bige Couch, Ed Noel, Ed Gordon, Chris Roberts, and Mike Davis all for 4 years.

911 Communications Board: Dino Schmaltz and Gene Hunefeld for 4 years.

Plan Commission: Thompson was unable to get a second for his motion to reappoint DeMaynadier. No reasons given by Fox or Hughes on why they did not want to reappoint him.

Other candidates mentioned as having resumes for PC: Jane Ohlmansiek, Nicole Daily, Dennis Sparks, Eric Open (sp?), Rick Pope, and Mark Lehman.

Fox motioned for Mark Lehman and Thompson second . Approved for 4 years. [NOTE: Lehman’s resume shows a planning background and current employment with Fisher Homes in N KY.]

Fox said Beiersdorfer runs an Ag business out on Van Wedding Road and motioned for Russell Beiersdorfer and Hughes 2nd Approved for 4 years. [NOTE: Russell also is with Beiersdorfer’s Orchard along with his parents]

(Thompson would not second, as he had no resume on him. Hughes and Fox said they’d given the resumes to McCormack, Planning Director, and assumed Thompson would get it. Hughes later said he wanted the record to reflect that Thompson was unable to obtain the resume.) [NOTE: Milton Bradley has nothing on these guys when it comes to game playing. Why not just drop a copy onto Thompson’s desk? Why send it to the PZ Office and expect them to send it to Thompson? That is a time-consuming, circuitous route.]

BZA (Board of Zoning Appeals): Nicole Daily- for 4 years (Fox asked her if she’d do that board instead of PC- she said yes) [NOTE: This is a better choice than PC, as Daily frequently appears for applicants before the PC and would have had to step down often due to conflict of interest.]

PTBOA- (Tax appeals board): Fox and Hughes motioned and 2nd (Thompson voted NAY) for Vera Benning, Ken Madden, William Hartwell, Mark Neff, and Mary Booker. These are 1 year terms. Commissioners are checking to see if Joan Seitz will serve as alternate also as she is level 2 certified and only Mary Booker and Gary Hensley (the assessor) are out of the 5 on this board. There should be at least 2 level 2’s per the state regulations. Thompson wanted to have 3 total on this board to get into compliance with one to spare as the alternate. [NOTE: There appeared to be an issue with Benning as Thompson motioned to accept all the above except her for PTABOA. These positions are paid at $75 a meeting with meetings lasting nearly all day. Benning is also employed at the Administration Building as secretary for the DCRSD 3 days a week. PTABOA meets frequently due to the high volume of appeals after this taxation period.]

Pickens: had an old ordinance that needed signing from September and a new one that Commissioners approved on tax rebate checks. The county decided that no rebate checks would be sent to anyone who owed taxes. They were not sure if this needed to be advertised and Thompson suggested that they at least ask for public comment. Fox turned to Cliff Eibeck in the audience and asked him: “Cliff, do you object to us paying our bills?” Eibeck said: “Hell no!”

Pickens said he would check with the state as to whether it had to be advertised, and if it did, he would hold on the checks that he was planning to send in a week or so until Commissioners met again.

Pickens said that tax collection was Dec 10 and with the new software, all checks were out in less than 3 weeks. He said it was due to the OUTSTANDING WORK by the ladies in the treasurers and auditor’s offices. Pickens went on to say that after this last year- it is the only thing that went right.

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM

Vera just won't let go of that government teat!

What next?

Will we be delivering meals on wheels to her?

Someone, please, get her some re-training, before we have to pay for her bed pan nurse too!

Bob certainly likes his politicians "needy," does he not?

Who is going to throw dollars Benning's way when Rick and Jeff are replaced with folks with "real" jobs and "responsibilities" next year? If you desperately need the cash the office pays, you should not be in office, but should be out looking for a better job. As things are now, you are simply just easy targets for explotation by the likes of shyster and friends.

Did Jeff happen to mention anything about any phone surveys relative to the DCRSD?

I know very few folks who even know about the DCRSD and its plans.

Was Jeff and Rick wearing their orange hair, red noses and long, floppy shoes tonight?

Us fellas down at the dcedi really love it when they do that!!!

Bob absent tonight. He and Gary must be burning a lot of "midnight oil" stressing over all their plans for running Rick and Jeff, ass clown clones, in the general election. Who will take care of Rick and Jeff? Sad.

Mr. Fox, Mr. Hughes:

Next year when you hear the primary voters chanting "go rick...go jeff," it won't be meaning what you think it means!

Ricky and Jeffrey could care less about the primary voter, they just long for Bob's dank and clammy breath whispering in their ears:

How do you know that Jeff and Rick may be planning to (gasp) question Bob Ewbank's plans for this County?

They both will be wearing their best "Industrial Strength Depends Under-Garments!"

Happy New Year, Liz and Maynard!

Think about the Public Health Crisis that you may be fostering?

What if these folks were on dcrsd sewers that don't work when the power goes out?

Explain that to your fellow council members and your constituents and neighbors and friends and family.

Electricity Goes Cold In Ripley, Franklin, Decatur; Batesville Schools Closed
(Batesville, IN) - The juice is not flowing in the northeastern parts of Eagle County.

Duke Energy reports over 2,800 customers without power in Ripley County and almost 1,400 in the dark in Franklin County.

Most of the outage reports are coming from most of Batesville and Oldenburg and New Point.

Batesville Schools have called off for the day thanks to the lack of electricity.

No word on when exactly power will be fully restored in the area.

Well it is obvious why Fox and the Public Opinion Polling expert did not want Maynadier on the Plan Commish--- he can read, he can interpret an ordinance all by himself, he is an attorney, the secretary of the board of Hillenbrand Industries and their Chief council and HE CAN COUNT WITH OUT HAVING TO TAKE OFF HIS SHOES AND SOCKS.

This refusal to reappint his is absolutely disgusting. But hell's bells they tried to defeat Thompson whose education and business experience made the others pale.

Is it any wonder why the subdivision people and our elected county officials don't give a damn about the schools?

George Carlin's message below is something that made me think of Dearborn County. I think of the games and "politics" that are played, but does it really matter? I don't think Jeff and Rick will be names that anyone remembers in 5 years.

A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, "I love you" to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

If you don't send this to at least 8 people....Who cares?

What kind of deal is going on here? What did Dailey give for this position?

11:28 PM, January 02, 2008"

There is no kind of deal going on. I believe all the applications they had were for PC members and they needed to have a member on the BZA board. I guess since I was at the meeting he asked if I would be on the BZA. I am assuming there weren't any other resumes for the BZA. I have had an interest in the BZA in the past and I accepted. My education is in the Planning feild and I have an interest. I am sorry to disappoint you but I don't have any secrets or anything to hide.

Nicole Daily said...

"Nicole, who do you think would be good replacements for Ewbank, Fox and Hughes?"

I really don't know. I am not a very political person. I guess I would need to wait to see who is running in the primaries. I believe everyone can always do a better job and no one will always get it right 100% of the time.

I am not sure if Vera has anything to do with a planning process. So I am not real sure what you mean by your question.

And as far as the power outage and planning there is not much of a connection. My education is in Urban Planning which to help is what work is being done through the Planning & Zoning Department. I guess my question would be is there anyone that is on a "DCRSD's pressurized sewer"?

Nicole Daily

Not for lack of trying.

How would you, individually, PLAN for such a contingency?

Anonymous said...

Urban planning and waste removal are interconnected Ms. Daily.

Waste removal ceases when the electric goes out using cheap sewers like those planned by the dcrsd.

Now, answer the question: What should the public do?

Anonymous said...

Would daily come out against grinder pumps?

Doubt it.

Maxwell and fehrman need them for cheap, fast sewers, no matter the future costs to the rest of us.

Anonymous said...

Nicole! Please! You know damn well what the DCRSD has planned, quit playing cute! They would place entire subidvisions if not regions on these systems that would have no way of flushing their toilets during each and every power outage. Come on Nicole, stand up. Do you think such a plan is rational?

Anonymous said...

I was appointed to the BZA not the sewer board. I am not sure if this is how you treat everyone that is appointed to a board, but you need to give it a rest. I have minimal knowledge on pressurized sewers and I guess if something comes infront of the BZA about them I will be the first to ask a lot of questions.
And if there is a serious question in regards to the BZA I don't have a problem answering it, but at least post your name so there can be a conversation.

Anonymous said...

but at least post your name so there can be a conversation.

Educate yourself on pressurized sewers and the Maxwell/Ewbank hold on this county and we will talk here.

There is a very good reason why names are counter-productive here, if you are not pro-growth at any costs.

Examine pressurized sewers, grinder pumps and power outages and think what that could mean during a power outage.

Get past your "minimal knowledge on pressurized sewers," you may find it enlightening, to say the least.

Anonymous said...

Nicole, you really have no understanding of pressurized sewers? No understanding how they are the "cheap" alternative to gravity sewers? Or how they do not work the power goes out? Or why Maxwell, Fehrman and Ewbank are trying to force such on the rest of us? Please. Do not advertise your short commings. Not good for your professional practice.

There is no excuse for not understanding the draw backs of pressurized sewers and the politcal hardball that has been used in this county to bring them to bear.

Look into the "forced" sewers that the dcrsd is trying to "force" on the rest of us.

Then imagine entire subdivisions, even regions, on such systems.

Then think, your family is on one of these sewer systems...during a power outage.

TPH said...

Nicole seems sincere [emphasis on seems]. So let her be informed that it is not only the lack of electricity that shuts down the toilets, the functioning heart throb of a household, but it is the fact that the Sewer Districts are not providing the maintenance expense of the systems they want to force us on that accentuates the problem.

If outages occur, and they are as certain as the wind, and if the grinders are off for a prolonged time period [about 36 hours] they almost always fail once the juice is turned back on. This then becomes the burden of the homeowner to fix or replace.

New grinders [$2,600] and the installation of same is the very reason St. Leon no longer offers the community the same "deal" they receive. They have learned their lesson. It's too expensive.

Many folks can't afford to get a loan for the constant upkeep that is required for this sewer system. Low pressure [electrically operated] is a poor excuse for the more reliable gravity [moon operated] system. Then there is the electrical inspection fee to contend with, also the inconvenience, someone has to stay home from work to coordinate all the construction.

The other aspect that sends shivers down the backs of hard working wage earners is the potential failure of the pipes, especially if they extend hundreds of feet to reach the sewer lines [St. Leons lines]. This is also the responsibility of the homeowner - unlike the original "deal" that the Town Council members and their families have.

Anyone who has attended a sewer board meeting in ST. Leon knows first hand how many clogged pipe occurrences exist, and how often. Most of the users are covered by the maintenance agreement that makes St. Leon responsible for repairing their system.

Nicole, imagine coming home after an extended stay in a hotel because of a power outage like what the county experienced last February and then face not only the replacement of your grinder pump but locating the stoppage in your pipes [somewhere within a 700' stretch to the road] if someone in your family pulled the drain on something they shouldn't have. You have any kids? In a best case scenario it will have to wait until the weather breaks before all the digging, repairs and reconnections can take place.

The simplest solution is to leave what isn't broken alone. Why does the County and St. Leon want to carry this 500 pound gorilla on it's back until everyone goes insane with the stupidity of forcing people to do something this illogical, and against their will?

No one needs a degree, or a blue-star resume to understand this. If you want to apply your energy where it will do the most good, please try to realign the mismanaged mental disorder in the admin. building in Lawrenceburg - then take a blow torch and eradicate the fire house in St. Leon.(figuratively speaking) Preferably on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. I, for one, would place a silver star on the top of your thesis folder on Preferred Urban Planning.

Seriously, you may actually be able to do some good in your life for others [your community] if you can grasp the simple truth that public servants are supposed to work for the public. You are paid by us. Please work for us and never forget that the needs of the majority should always dictate the direction elected officials must take in all civil matters. If you guide your career path by this one simple truth good things will follow you forever. TH

TPH: You would be a great addition to the Dearborn County Commissioners race. I'll work in your campaign if you run!

Anonymous said...

Why does Dearborn County need "Urban Planning"? So that the developers can cram in as much high density development as possible to maximise their profit.

Nicole Dailey has presented before the Plan Commission on many development projects as an employee of Bayer Becker. (Mark Rosenberger of Bayer Becker signed the letter from Home Builders Association against the Land use element approved by the PC and supported by the citizens and advisory committee.) On several of those occasions she brought uncompleted packages before the PC. Not very professional!

Vote for Hammond!!!

Anonymous said...

TPH you could quite easily do a lot better job than the current 'puppet' Commissioners and Thompson could use the help to fix Dearborn County.

Anonymous said...

The biggest issue in this County for the past few years has been that of sewers.

And Nicole does not know what is going on?

Please!

Feigned ignorance is what "TIED THE HANDS OF EWBANK AND THE TWINS" when they set off to rush the DCRSD into existence to force the rest of us on to St. Leon type substandard sewers!

Anonymous said...

Daily lives in the county, is an urban planner and does not know about pressurized sewers?

Maybe Rick and Jeff shoul get "planning" degrees, they are equally as ignorant as Daily!

Anonymous said...

Nicole, what do you think about Hughes "surveying" the public on the Comp Plan he tabled?

You have heard of the Comp Plan, right?

Anonymous said...

Did Benning ever apologise to the folks of High Ridge?

Anonymous said...

Not only has Benning done nothing to fix High Ridge, she is now working hard for Maxwell to force the rest of us to subsidize his sewers for his development.

I don't know how Benning can live with herself.

That was a cowardly attack on Cliffy, sort of a smart alec retorical question.
Fox can sit up on the dais, with a microphone, knowing that he has the blessing and help of that great Indiana Statesman/politician, Nugent in his corner and having a uniformed and armed police officer present and ready to throw out anyone who crosses this
powerful, highly intelligent and well educated Ricky Fox.

So what does he do with all of this? He attacks Cliffy Eibeck.

Boy I bet that Fox feels great now!

Any candidate can beat Rick and Jeff!

All a person has to do is to remind the primary voter that he will respect their choice!

Rick and Jeff have already proven they don't respect the primary voter!

I can't believe the comments that you people feel free to write about someone you don't even know. It is amazing that you can just sit back and attack someones character. If all of you are so smart you need to get off your computers and go out and make a difference, and do something about it. This site seems to be for interrogation not for open discussion.

How about why the appointment of someone to the BZA has turned into a personal attack and how she is going to fix a problem/issue that has been going on in this County for quite some time. When it has nothing to do with the BZA.

Hello friend.

How are you today?

How are you making a difference today?

By the way, I try to make a difference everyday, without the need to utilize political flunkys to do my bidding nor steal from my neighbors.

Notice, you have a voice here.

No agenda.

No one slamming down a gavel.

No lawyer shutting you down.

No backroom deals trying to rob you of your vote.

So don't be a stranger.

Fix it?

According to her, she is not even aware of the problem!

Please!

Like we need another public office holder feigning ignorance while development interests do their best to rob us blind!

All those working an angle, looking for a payday from development, want to pretend they do not see what is going on in this county. Maybe it helps them sleep better at night. I find it highly insulting when educated, involved in the process such as Daily, play such games.

Personally I think it's terrible to treat a new appointee as such but it's politics and if you do your best to honestly represent the people and not the special interest your appointment will be fine. You have to be frugal and wise to the present politicians that are not representing the people and their tax dollar. If you don't you can expect continual harrassment.

I guess my question would be is there anyone that is on a "DCRSD's pressurized sewer"?

Ms. Daily knows enough about the DCRSD to throw out this cute remark.

Either you support corruption in this county or you do not.

Trying to "pretend" that you are not aware of the corruption just does not cut it, especially someone involved in county matters, such as Ms. Daily.

Anonymous said...

Look how Hammond was treated by our County Officials last week.

But this little, open to the public blog is somehow mean?

How about the reception Thompson got from our corrupt republican party leadership when he won the primary?

But questioning the bona fides of Daily here, openly, is somehow unseemly?

Absurd.

"I guess my question would be is there anyone that is on a "DCRSD's pressurized sewer"?"

The people on Stewart St in Aurora are on the grinder pumps that the dcrsd engineered and gave/sold(?) to Aurora.
Is there anyone on Stewart street that can speak on this?

Anonymous said...

who fixes the grinder pumps on LMH's system?

Well Mark McCormack also went to Ball State. The school is well know for its Urban Planning program. And as far as why the County needs Urban Planning to help protect your dumpasses from your neighbor doing what ever the hell they want. Without the rules & regulations people would not like each other or there neighbors.

There are people in this county that need to get a clue and some education. I guess because Nicole is the only one that is willing to get on the blog and answer your questions you want to degrade her. I don't see any of the others trying to speak with you besides Ralph Thompson.

Which I don't remember him saying anything at the meeting when Hammond was speaking. Your beloved Ralph didn't seem to stand up for you during your time of need.

Anonymous said...

Ewbanks, the legal athority for the commissioners was the dumpass. Denigrating the public spokesperson, for the opressed in the St Leon area, was terrible!

His show of authority was degrading to Ewbank and who he is representing as legal counsel.

A JUDGE was needed to set him down!

Hughes, the comissioners president, wasn't man enough to pound his gavel!

Anonymous said...

Ralph understands that if your dumbass opponent is damaging himself as he speaks, you let your dumbass opponent continue to speak.

Thank you, Bob, Rick and Jeff, dumbasses all!

Watch who Ralph endorses in May.

Nicole answered our question about the forced hook up scam going on by saying she had no idea what is going on.

Come on!

Spare us dumb ass!

She is just another development interest wanting control of the process!

Anonymous said...

And as far as why the County needs Urban Planning to help protect your dumpasses from your neighbor doing what ever the hell they want.

Unless your neighbor wants to build a subdivision and wants to force you to subsidize his sewers.

Right, dumbass?

Then you all piss all over yourselves catering to THAT one neighbor!

Because that's growth!

Dumbass!

We have enough realtor/developers and what they spawn already in office.

Each trying to force the rest of us to pad their bottom lines.

Conflicts of interests and appearances of impropriety abound in this crooked county.

Hell, we have one law firm representing to separate agencies of government.

One member of that firm thinks he owns the local republican party and the county.

Enough.

Your greed knows no bounds.

Anonymous said...

I don't see any of the others trying to speak with you besides Ralph Thompson.

Others come and go, usually they either want to spread lies like the state is forcing Maxwell and Fehrman to force us onto their sewers and other lies, or they just pop in and shout boogeyman, or some other such nonsense.

Now we have Nicole feigning ignorance about the corruption related with sewers in this county.

We are not going to be played for fools.

Anonymous said...

We have and intelligent and dignified representative in Ralph Thompson.

The other side has two toadie morons and a rabid attack dog.

Who treated Mr. Hammond horridly last week.

But we are the bad guys.

Funny what greed does to one's perceptions.

Right Mr. Dumbass?

Raw sewage is still dumping into Hogan's Creek because of our crooked development interests.

Raw sewage is still dumping into Double Lick Creek because of our crooked development interests.

I would think that would be of great interest to an "Urban Planner!"

John Maxwell determines what they should or should not show "interest" in.

Sewers that don't work during power outages are on the "Do Not Discuss" list if you want to work in this County.

Right Mr. Ewbank (spokesman and public defender of Mr. Maxwell)?

Nicole, Have you answered my question? Where and what did you obtain your degree in? Is it a 2 year or 4 year degree? I have heard you say more than once you have an urban planning background. What is your degree in exactly? I've installed a toilet once. Does that make me a plumber?

Anonymous said...

I've installed a toilet once. Does that make me a plumber?

Could a "real" plumber get a toilet on a grinder pump to flush during a power outage?

Show me such a plumber and I will show you a rich man...if Watson has his way!

4. Is there any possiblity that there is just the appearance of conflict between your county board position and you employer's business?
5. If there is any such appearnace as in #4 will you recuse yourself?
6.Why do you wish to be on the BZA board?
7. Has you employer had or have curently dealings with various developers in Dearborn County?

because I called my handlers during the meeting and they told me to take it.

Conflicts of interests seem to be a prerequisite for development interests in this county...Ewbank being number one in conflicting interests!

Speak slowly, she is still not up to speed on sewers in this county.

Other than, sewers force upon and paid for by others, pads her bottom line.

And that is all that matters.

I'm not implying anything. I want a specific answer to my specific question. How hard is it? I've heard enough about Urban planning. I want to know what makes her an Urban Planner. Simply tell me the education she has obtained. The degree and the school.

Urban Planning:

Planning to do what John Maxwell and his bo bo Bob Ewbank demand you do if you want a job or political position in this County.

An Urban Planner, in Dearborn County, is mandated to either "poo-poo" the negatives of pressurized sewers, or feign ignorance as to their very function if not very existence.

Or claim your hands are somehow tied by circumstances beyond your control (caused by your self-inflicted actions or inactions) to do anything about them.

Anonymous said...

I have two elbows and I assume you have two elbows!

I heard Bob Ewbank had to have his elbows surgically excised from the ribs of both Jeff Hughes and Rick Fox.

He handles the twins a little rough, for their own good of course.

That way they are more compliant when Mr. Maxwell comes around to inspect his troops.

Nicole Daily said...

I went to Ball State University and I have a degree in Urban Planning. At the time the program was five years. Yes there could be a time that I may need to recuse myself from the BZA during a meeting because of an item on the agenda. I would not have any problem with that it could happen to any of the members.

I have been wanting to be on the PC or BZA since I moved to Dearborn County after graduation. It doesn't matter where I would live I would want to be apart of one of the boards. It has always been something I wanted to do.

Also about the sewers I said I have minimal knowlege on the pressurized systems themselves not the debates that have been going on within the County.
