DCRSD Board answers questions from Mike Lawrence and Mark Drury regarding. the sale of the county sewer district. 

DCRSD later votes to reject the sale proposal with 3 ayes to reject ( Beiersdorfer, Fehrman, and Stenger), one nay (Cline), and 3 abstaining ( Renihan, Shelton, and Baer).
