We need a candidate to run on a platform of "Gravity sewage runs 'Down Hill' all other sewage has to be pushed"

Anonymous said...

Rick and Jeff can run on the platform:

"Vote for us because Pressurized sewers and grinder pumps lower your water bill during times of power outages!

Anonymous said...

Both the Commissioners and the County Council need to bring Baer before them and publicly ask Baer what will be the Health Dept's. response to wide spread, days long power outages, relative to those families who lose power on his "mandated" grinder pump systems!

Will he order these families from their homes until the power comes back on?

Are expensive generators the next item the Health Dept. will "mandate" for those forced on grinder pump systems to buy?

How will the Health Dept. handle such large spread outages?

Would that not be considered a health emergency for those on grinder pumps?

Does the Health Dept. have a plan to house these families they are forcing onto these grinder pump systems?

Where will these families be housed during power outages?

Does the Health Dept. have a fund to pay for these families' motel bills during outages?

Baer needs to answer these questions!

The questions posted above, would have been serious questions for the DCRSD Board to have discussed already, except, of course, the Board is Developer driven whose only goal is the short term profits its "conflicted" Realtor/Developer Board Members will realize by forcing these cheap, pressurized sewers and grinder pumps on rest of us!

Cheap in the beginning- for the sewer company- but not cheap in the long run - and not cheap for the homeowner.
Homeowners pay for the system, or pay for the sewer running in front of their house even if they don't tap in (if the DCRSD version of "not forcing hook-ups" just making then pay for the line, even if unused)
Then homeowners get asssessed higher property taxes because they have sewer service available and their property is WORTH more.
How many ways can we lose?

Doug needs to be asked, if septic systems are so bad, will he order a moratorium on new construction built on septic systems?

Will dcrsd board members John Maxwell and Brett Fehrman support such a moratorium?

And on a side note, has John Maxwell received a letter from St. Leon ordering him to hook on to their sewers as of yet?

Is their a reason that Watson has not begun suit to legally force Maxwell onto St. Leon’s sewers?

Liz Morris seems to be under the false impression that these "sewers" will bring growth and lower our taxes!

Nah!

Even she does not believe that...she is just following Development's orders to open up and hand over our individual hard-earned savings to pad the bottom lines of a few politically connected County Development Interests!

Anonymous said...

As far as taxes are concerned: (sewer availability, zoning change, building new structures, inflation and government needing more money) are ways government usury will affect the private citizen.

We can do something about sewers, zoning and new structures. The others are essentially, for all practical purposes, out of our scope.

Anonymous said...

What underhanded plans does Gary Morris have in defeating honest candidates who are against this proposed and massive theft of our savings?

What will Ewbank demand he do to leave the rest of us easy pickens for their small band of realtor/developer/banker/shyster thieves?

Anonymous said...

Has Liz Morris complained to her fellow board members yet that they should hire on another member of Ewbank and Kramer as the Council attorney?

Anonymous said...

Pressurized sewer lines are cheap, by comparision to gravity and require a lot less excavation, so they can be run easily out to any farm a DCRSD Board Member may buy.

With the next step of having Doug Baer sending out "forced" hookup letters to those families living around these new farms the Board Member may buy.

And BINGO, instant availability of sewers, a zone change, and you have a small fortune to be made by this Board Member!

Anonymous said...

I wonder how long a non-dcedi-dcrsd member would have to wait to have sewers run to his farm?

Or will he just have to wait for a dcedi/dcrsd member to buy his farm at rural land prices?

Anonymous said...

How much money does Liz get from DCEDI types' advertizing in her paper?

Maybe, she is afraid of them pulling their ad dollars if she does not do her best to leave the rest of us helpless against these thieves' attacks on our savings?

Anonymous said...

Could Liz and Gary Morris be the "Held By The Short Hair Pair"" of our local nefarious Development Interests?

Anonymous said...

What paper do Liz and Gary Morris run or own?

Anonymous said...

or pay for the sewer running in front of their house even if they don't tap in (if the DCRSD version of "not forcing hook-ups" just making then pay for the line, even if unused)

That certainly kicks to the curb the phony premise that we must pay for these sewers because the public health requires us off our septic systems.

I believe Morris owns the "Bright Beacon!"

The dcrsd board will keep paring down their “requirements” for sewers until they can make it palatable enough to get “public” money for the realtor/developers on its board’s development.

The dcrsd was never about the public health.

From the very beginning the realtor/developers on the board could have cared less how much raw sewage High Ridge was dumping into Hogan’s Creek.

High Ridge was nothing but a ruse for these realtor/developers to gain control of a sewer district to force others to pay for their sewers for their development.

High Ridge’s fix will keep being pushed back until the board realtor/developers have all their personal profit goals met at the expense of the taxpayer.

And the board realtor/developers have long-term plans for our dollars for their development dreams.

So do not expect High Ridge to stop poisoning Hogan’s Creek any time soon.

Anonymous said...

Morris and Barrott wanted to give the DCRSD 2.3 million more dollars for efforts that still do not include fixing High Ridge Estates!

Why?

Anonymous said...

Fox and Hughes were the commissioners that brought the DCRSD into existence!

Now that the DCRSD has become a rogue Board doing everything BUT fixing High Ridge Estates, Fox and Hughes have remained mute!

Why?

Anonymous said...

Ewbank's law firm controls all legal matters of both the Dearborn County Commissioners and the DCRSD!

Why?

Anonymous said...

And Doug Baer is not publicly pressuring either the VRUC or the DCRSD to stop the sewage flowing into our waterways they are NOW responsible and accountable for!

Why?

Anonymous said...

"And Doug Baer is not publicly pressuring either the VRUC or the DCRSD to stop the sewage flowing into our waterways they are NOW responsible and accountable for!"

Why?

He's with them. He has suggested several of the ideas to force the surrounding property owners to hook on, but septic system inspection condemnation is beyond his preceived job description. He's too busy with desk work.

Anonymous said...

The entire time the vruc board were frittering away time and money as development interests fought for control, time and money that should have been directed to fixing HVL's crumbling sewer infrastructure, you could not find Doug Baer with a search warrant!

No matter how many millions of gallons of raw sewage flowed into Double Lick Creek during this time!

I don't even remember Doug Baer making a peep when Sammy was trying to add yet an entirely new subdivision onto vruc's crumbling sewers, while Ogden was telling the planning commission lies that the vruc had capacity to add her subdivision!

Doug Baer, acts as if he is nothing but a cheerleader for the realtor/developer lobby of this county!

Or he is just afraid of our local realtor/developer thugs!

Anonymous said...

If Doug Baer wants to guarantee and ensure the “public’s health…”

…he should quarantine the DCRSD Board and all its infectious and communicable enablers!

John Grace could take Doug’s place, while he too remains quarantined!

Anonymous said...

Are expensive generators the next item the Health Dept. will "mandate" for those forced on grinder pump systems to buy?

How can they not be?

Entire subdivisions, if not regions, with families having no way to flush their waste during electrical power losses?

Doug is just further doing his development buddies a favor by not mentioning these generators until they force these sewers on us all without having to make public another $10,000.00 expense to be borne by those forced on these "cheap" sewers!

Anonymous said...

These fast and cheap sewers to meet Maxwell and Fehrman's need for immediate gratification and big profits, are going to have future costs to the taxpayers of millions upon millions more than any gravity sewer system.

Anonymous said...

Yet Fox and Hughes and Morris and Barrott support these "cheap" sewers!

Why?

Anonymous said...

Maybe Fox and Hughes and Morris and Barrott also can be bought "cheap?"

Time and audits may give light to all the inner workings of our "public" officials!

Anonymous said...

One little light at the end of the tunnel, is that Sen. Johnny Nugent will be tripping over himself, "publicly," supporting the Republican Primary Voters' choice next year!

I bet he will gladly, kick in a few dollars in support of the Republican Primary Voters' choice next year!

Sunlight, does amazing things, for soul!

Anonymous said...

the soul

Too many distractions around my keyboard!!!

Anonymous said...

Soon, Bob Ewbank will be calling the shots for a republican party leadership that consists only of himself and whoever he can find sleeping on his backdoor step, with little or no where-with-all to stand up to his bullying!

Anonymous said...

Has Frank Kramer become a blogger???

Anonymous said...

LOL

Anonymous said...

Liz will be getting Gary a sleeping bag and cardboard box this year for Christmas...to insure his tenure as Republican Party Chairman?

Anonymous said...

Wanting to be the county republican party leader, today, is like a dying man wanting Nugent's liver for a liver transplant, or Vera's heart for a heart transplant.

Anonymous said...

The liver has given up long ago...whereas the heart never existed...

Anonymous said...

These fast and cheap sewers to meet Maxwell and Fehrman's need for immediate gratification and big profits, are going to have future costs to the taxpayers of millions upon millions more than any gravity sewer system.

When the real costs of these sewers become known, in a couple of years, you can bet that Dennerline, Maxwell and Fehrman will put ALL the blame on Doug Baer!

Anonymous said...

"Sign up to run for Public Office!"

Has Ewbank and Morris OK'd this?

What will they do with all their "BY INVITATION ONLY" running for office forms?

Remember what Bob always says:

"Offer the people a "REAL" choice in candidates, and they may not choose MY choice of candidates!"

I HEAR DOUG BAER IS GOING TO MAKE MAXWELL AND FEHRMAN PUT PORT-O-LETS ON EVERKY STREET CORNER OF THEIR NEW SUBDIVISONS TO SETTLE THE POWER OUTAGE GRINDER PUMP PROBLEMS.

THAT SHOULD SATISFIY THE DO NOTHING CROWD

Anonymous said...

Speaking of PORT-O-LETS, has everyone seen all those PORT-O-LETS floating around in Wilson Creek down the hill from Walmart where they are doing some kind of creek channel work?

Mother Nature just don't like "septic system" trade-offs, I guess!

I'm thinking Mother Nature will make fools out of Maxwell and Company this winter with another ice storm knock out of power for days on end!

Let Maxwell and Company explain to the Council how their grinder pumps will fit into that sort of frozen, powerless landscape!

They may need to rename a few of their subdivisions to "Yellow Snow Way" and "Brown Plops Estates!"

Anonymous said...

How about Frank Zappa Estates?

"Watch out where the huskies go, and dont you eat that yellow snow!"

Anonymous said...

Well that would work also...please submit all your requests to the DCRSD, to later be approved by the County Council.

May I make one small edit:

Change huskies to transplanted buckeyes or whatever regions folks flee from for cheap suburbs with a beautiful, scenic view of our farms...until Maxwell and Company bulldoze our farms for more subdivisions, of course?

Thanks for your input.

Anonymous said...

VERA BENNING ESTATES, THAT SHOULD COVER ALL BASES AND MEMORIALIZE WHAT SHE DID HER BROWN NOSING BEST TO DO TO LEAVE THE REST OF US WITH, TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF HER FALSE FLATTERERS!!!

Anonymous said...

folks flee from for cheap suburbs

Cheap suburbs brought to you and sponsored by the "Forcing Others To Subsidize Our Board Members' Subdivisions" DCRSD!

Anonymous said...

Hey Charlie Fehrman, next Council Meeting, ask those who were FOR throwing more money away on the dcrsd: "What in the world are they smoking?"

And Charlie, your promotion of this entire sordid mess, has been shameful and you WERE raised to know better and do better!

Anonymous said...

Like Charlie, Frank Kramer is a good man at heart...I just don't understand why he is running legal interference for these crooks and his shiftless partner.

Anonymous said...

Successful, hard-working, respectable and educated Mike Hankins must be thinking as of late, what in the world did I almost let myself get involved with?

The higher and richer the ethical core, the faster those involved with the DCRSD flee its grasp.

By next year, I would wager that only Maxwell, Dennerline (principle actors) and Benning
(patronage hire hack) will still be slashing away at the honest and principled windmills blocking their paths to their ill gained, hoped for, riches.

Until, Lisa Lehner steps back into the skirmish, with an entire new cast and crew of intellectually challenged followers to do any and all likes of ethical violence to this County’s Citizens at her behest.

Anonymous said...

I'm thinking, in the future, that the "PEOPLE" will not be naming Parks nor Bridges after Lisa.

Some of her maneuvers and slight of hand may be given a name or two by future flim-flam artists in her honor.

Like the ”Dcrsd shuffle” or the “Grinder Pump Back Up!”

Anonymous said...

Let Maxwell and Company explain to the Council how their grinder pumps will fit into that sort of frozen, powerless landscape!

Hey John!

How about knocking this nonsense off?

You are on a course to complicating, if not ruining, many very nice, good, wonderful and God loving people's lives, because of your temporary moral insanity caused by some short-term,
Godless inspired, greed!
