He's down beggin' fur a loan.
The dcrsd is write'n a letter to tell Lawrenceburg that St Leon is good furit.

LOL................

Anonymous said...

Down and out development interests seem to be always tapping the taxpayers for more money.

Is this loan to further the criminal enterprise of forcing folks on sewers that they do not need and do not work when the power goes out?

Someone ask Watson why hasn't Maxwell been forced onto St. Leon's sewers?

Does Watson not have Maxwell's mailing address?

Let Watson sue Maxwell, it won't cost Maxwell anything, he will just have his little "Bo Bo" Bob Ewbank defend him on the taxpayers' dime!

Is Watson going to claim, yet again, he is close to settling the sewer suit?

Anonymous said...

A loan to St Leon by Lawrenceburg will mean more expansion which will mean more forced sewer connections to further the peoples sewage issues.
More sewer expansion by the realtor/developers at the expense of the taxpayers!

Anonymous said...

Where will these con men be when we have a major power outage?

Maybe we could have a few supoenas issued for them?

John Maxwell has the right idea, just use a few of his political connections to keep from hooking up while he uses other political connections to force the rest of us to hook up to such sewers.

I can see why Mr. Ewbank really dislikes Thom Hammond.

With Thom calling attention to Mr. Maxwell and all.

Anonymous said...

Let us hope that the good people on the Lawrenceburg City Council ask Mr. Watson about sewering entire regions with sewers that do not work when the electricity fails.

What is his contingency plan for such a potential health crisis?

Other than changing his phone number when it happens.

Anonymous said...

Will Jeff Hughes, Rick Fox and Bob Ewbank come before the Council as private citizens to oppose such a loan?

Considering they are on record being against "forced" hook-ups.

They would not want the Council members to have their hands tied like Jeff, Rick and Bob!

Would they?

They would not want the voters to think they are big fat liars, would they?

Anonymous said...

Maybe a council member could ask why St. Leon has an aversion to gravity sewers?

Are gravity sewers not capable of flowing fast profits to fit Mr. Maxwell's personal financial timeline?

Cause we must all cater to and subsidize Mr. Maxwell, do we not?

Anonymous said...

Will Jeff Hughes, Rick Fox and Bob Ewbank come before the Council as private citizens to oppose such a loan?

Their heads would explode!

Anonymous said...

Maybe Council members could ask what the ultimate long term costs of these sewers will be to the taxpayers?

Especially those costs of those taxpayers forced on such sewers for excavation, pump(s) line, electrical service all the labor costs and the future costs of repairs and maintence?

Further, hotel, motel, camper costs, etc, when the power fails?

Those would be some of the questions I would ask Mr. Watson.

Anonymous said...

It is quite expensive for the rest of us to keep John Maxwell and Bob Ewbank in business.

I can't wait for the both of them to retire.

Anonymous said...

Those would be some of the questions I would ask Mr. Watson.

Paging John Zeiden to run interference...

Anonymous said...

Entire regions that can't flush their toilets during power failures...

...wrap your heads around that, Council Members!!!

Anonymous said...

The Council should bring in a few Urban Planners to discuss the ramifications of entire areas that cannot flush commodes during electrical outages.

Maybe these Urban Planners could layout their plans for Port-a-Potties, the number required and their placement around subdivisions and farms?

I heard Urban Planners have all the answers.

They protect us from our retarded and/or corrupt neighbors' hazardous actions.

Anonymous said...

They protect us from our retarded and/or corrupt neighbors' hazardous actions.

Let us all hope that Maxwell nor Fehrman are looking at being our neighbors.

I heard they are invisible to Urban Planners.

Anonymous said...

Has Watson taken temper tantrum lessons from Ensweiler just in case the Council is not in the pocket of Maxwell and friends?

Anonymous said...

I hope Hughes and Fox don't make a big scene as they protest Mr. Watson and his plan to scam money from Lawrenceburg to aid him in "FORCING" more folks on the sewers of unsavory developers!!!

Anonymous said...

Maybe Rick and Jeff could show up with their hands tied?

Anonymous said...

Maybe Liz and Maynard could show up with their blinders on also?

What a wonderful group of folks we have festering in our party!

Anonymous said...

So County Council does NOT give a letter of support to DCRSD to get money from Lawrenceburg for an expansion. DCRSD goes to Plan B- and gets St. Leon to go get the loan and DCRSD shows support. WITH WHAT COLLATERAL AS BACKUP?????

COUNTY COUNCIL said no- 4 of their members were unwilling to support a sewer system that forces RURAL county residents on and is suing them to force compliance.

Does Lawrenceburg Council really want to fund something that will further that insane process?

Lawrenceburg should tell them NO MONEY- until you drop the lawsuits and end this forced hook-up issue once and for all.

And DCRSD should stop the idea that they won't force hook-ups- they will just make people pay debt service- if tehy are not hooked up. What other utility is allowed to collect for services the cuistomer is not taking?

Can anyone think of any?

Hmmmm......?

Anonymous said...

What other utility is allowed to collect for services the cuistomer is not taking?

I'm sure there is some precedent for such in the Mafia community.

But even the Mafia would feel the need for a shower after dealing with the DCRSD.

The Mafia never pretended their actions were all about "growth" and "expanding the tax base!"

Even the Mafia have friends and family who need to flush their toilets when the power goes out.

Anonymous said...

Lawrenceburg should tell them NO MONEY- until you drop the lawsuits and end this forced hook-up issue once and for all.

I bet John Watson is on record being against "forced" hook-ups!

At least if he got Ewbank's memo!

How can these goobers punish their own children for lying?

Slimeballs...all of them!

How can people like Maxwell, Fehrman, Andres, Ewbank, Lehner and Watson sleep at night?

How much money and power does it take to assuage what they are doing to other people’s lives?

Why is it whenever John Maxwell's name pops up I immediately look around for my wallet?

When the transfer of power begins this May on into November, may those who gain power, remember what John Maxwell tried to do to your neighbors, friends, family and white-haired old grandparents!

May rememberances extend to all of John Maxwell's associates and enablers!

Has there ever been one individual miscreant in the history of Dearborn County that was so intent on attaching the savings of this County's residents to meet their own private and personal financial needs and greeds as John Maxwell?

Look at the ring fastened in John Watson's nose, it will be engraved with:

"IF FOUND, RETURN TO JOHN MAXWELL."

Don't ask where Bob Ewbank's ring is affixed...

Anonymous said...

Speaking of John Maxwell, is High Ridge Estates still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek?

Maybe the Lawrenceburg Council should ask about Hogan's Creek...since Maxwell is also the primary player in pushing for St. Leon's sewers to safeguard the public health.

Because along with High Ridge's sewer, septic systems are polluting our waterways...which is why Maxwell has stepped up to fix High Ridge and has hooked onto St. Leon's...never mind...strike that last statement...

...John Maxwell has the only non-poluting septic system in this entire County...

...and it would seem, that High Ridge was not the sewage emergency we all thought it was...

...anyway, the Council may have some questions relative to Mr. Maxwell's involvement in this whole process...

...if Mr. Maxwell has given permission to discuss such matters...

...that is!

Anonymous said...

Awaiting John Zeidan to show up and post how Mr. Maxwell has brought both promise and hope to his meager and unworthy existence.

Anonymous said...

Lawrenceburg County Council, you may want to do some research as to how John Zeidan "just happened" to be on the agenda with Thom Hammond two Commissioners' Meetings ago.

Prepare yourselves, such machinations are the by-product of a handful of politically connected snakes in this County.

John Zeidan not being a snake, but a dupe of such snakes.

Anonymous said...

John Zeidan not being a snake, but a dupe of such snakes.

As Ewbank memos Zeidan telling him those "smart growth freaks" are calling him a snake!!!

When Ewbank is relieved of his County Attorney duties, next year, after the elections, will John Maxwell view him as obsolete?

Let us hope, for Ewbank's sake, that John Maxwell does not own a Yellow Pages, with countless numbers of Attorneys who have not pissed off the entire, bloody County!

We would not want to give John Maxwell any ideas that their may be other Attorneys in town, willing to take on his business!

Don't ya know!

How could Bob Ewbank not be the County Attorney next year?

I'm thinking, Mr. Ewbank and Mr. Morris are already grooming a couple of INDEPENDENTS to run against the Republicans in the General election.

Just follow their slime trail after Fox and Hughes' Primary loss.

Anonymous said...

With Jim West gone, who will write Jeff's editorials?

Bob, get on that.

But Bob, please don't write them yourself, you are already doing enough for Mr. Maxwell, even back-office political Viagra could not permit you to do more!

You are not just the "Boy Toy" of Mr. Maxwell, save yourself for your lamp post leaning, gum smacking escapades and "come hither" looks for other developers as they drive past your corner!

The bogeyman, boogyman, bogyman, boogey monster, or boogeyman, is a folklore or legendary ghostlike monster often believed in by Cliff, Alan and Thom. The bogeyman has no specific appearance though it is very common that he resembles a zombie or frankenstein's monster or Christine, and the bogeyman can be used metaphorically to denote a person or thing of which Cliff has an irrational fear. The bogeyman is not real, but they say that if individuals are naughty the bogeyman will get them. The bogeyman legend may originate from old Dutch & other sailor's tales in reference to the particularly fierce inhabitants of a particular part of Dearborn County, fierce enough to repel job creation and thus stand out markedly from other area inhabitants.

Anonymous said...

Job creation, now that is one of the biggest lies told by our developer Bogey Men!

Forcing folks on to sewers they do not need, that do not work when the power goes off, at great expense for those folks, simply to subsidize a few of you crooked to the core realtor/developer/banker/shysters is not job creation.

It may cause those forced onto these sewers to get second jobs to pay for them, but that is not job creation.

Even Maxwell does not believe that connecting to such sewers creates jobs.

If he did, he would have already connected his home to St. Leon's sewers.

But if you crooked to the core realtor/developer/banker/shysters want to hide behind your Bogey Men nonsense, if you think that masks your theft of our dollars, that it may turn interest away from your back-room deals and election rigging, then more power to you, sport.

But we all know you are just sneaky, manipulative crooks.

Enough of the voters already know what you are about.

Try some job retraining.

Apparently, you are not very good at what you presently do that you cannot get by with out your corruption of the political process.

Is High Ridge Estates still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek?

Anonymous said...

Job creation.

It is working for Vera Benning, she has two patronage hack jobs.

Is High Ridge Estates still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek?

A lie that just won't go away for Maxwell and Company.

Maybe his enablers and toe suckers could rename it to "Bogey Man" Estates?

The DCRSD was founded upon a lie by con men and chislers!

Anonymous said...

The bogeyman, boogyman, bogyman, boogey monster, or boogeyman must scare the hell out of Bob, Rick and Jeff, because they are on "RECORD" being against forced hook-ups and that is all St. Leon and the dcrsd have to offer to pay for their "job creation."

Or are you calling them crooked to the core liars and cheats?

Anonymous said...

I so am looking forward to watching Ewbank, Morris, Fox and Hughes stutter and shuffle step around why they spat in the republican primary voters faces last Commissioners' race!

To the point where some republicans were bullied not to vote for the republican!

Well, at least they are all on record being against "forced" hookups!

The lies that bind you...

Anonymous said...

How many jobs were created by sewering Dennerline's trailer park?

How many jobs have been created by Fehrman holding the High Ridge fix hostage?

Anonymous said...

Notice that these crooked enablers don't even discuss "public health" concerns any more, it is all now back to "job creation."

Bi-polar, to say the least.

Anonymous said...

Entire regions that can't flush their toilets when the power fails.

Now that is a public health problem, that these crooks refuse to discuss in public.

I wonder why?

Maxwell must have financial interests in port o potties!

Anonymous said...

Generators are the next "forced" expense.

All in the name of "job creation!"

To be exact, lining Maxwell and his ilk's pockets.

Anonymous said...

Last year's ice storm, I was a couple of hours shy of having my electric out for an entire week, not to mention the number of times I lost electric during storms, etc.

Lawrenceburg Council members, ask Mr. Watson, how does that work into HIS sewer and profit plans?

What should my family do during these times when we cannot even flush our commodes?

Anonymous said...

Maybe only bogeymen have to "relieve" themselves during power outages?

Everyone else, just uses that time to think about "GROWTH" and "EXPANDING THE TAX BASE!"

Anonymous said...

Is High Ridge still dumping raw sewage into our waterways and is John Maxwell still defiantly refusing to hook on to St. Leon's sewers?

Anonymous said...

Yes to both questions.

Expect a scorching editorial by Chuck Andres taking Maxwell to task!

Anonymous said...

What's the grinder pump collection well volume? Can this well be expanded like a septic system to 500 gallons to aleviate the sewage limitations when the electric is down ? Another thought can an existing septic tank be used for the grinder pump well?

Anonymous said...

Another thought can an existing septic tank be used for the grinder pump well?

To keep up the fiction that sewers are "fixing" our "manufactured" septic system crisis, those "forced" onto these sewers have to pay to have their septic tanks capped!

Increasing the "pot" size will do little and just add more expense to the homeowner.

Pressurized sewers should be the exception and not the rule.

Given the choice, no one on a working septic system would give that up for the cost, inconvience and health issues associated with such sewers.

We need fewer enablers looking for more ways to make this cost effective for developers and more concerned about the citizens of this County!

The first mass power outage, with subdivisions unable to flush, what do you think is going to happen?

Doug Baer will be threatening condemnation unless those folks get generators!

The final costs of these sewers for the homeowner is going to be astronomical!

All because a few crooked politicians want to cater to a few crooked development interests!

Anonymous said...

But Mr. Ewbank, Mr. Fox and Mr. Hughes are against "FORCED" hook-ups!

So we have their support!

Chuckle!

Anonymous said...

Can a grinder pump system have a back-up septic tank as an option for power outages?
The law requires you to fill or destroy your tank when you hook-up to sewer...
The laws on septic and sewer need to be revised and made "green."
The idea of putting all that graywater into the treatment plants is silly- it can be used onsite or recycled through the commodes at least.
Take a look at Califormia's latest toilet to tap proposals....

Anonymous said...

Bob Ewbank can take a flying leap!

The faster his ass is dragged out of power, the better.

If he wants power over the rest of us, have him run for office.

His backroom manipulations are what brought us the dcrsd and all the crooks involved with it.

Anonymous said...

Anonymous said...

Then there is no economical way ,other than a stand by power source, to allow the consumer to use the sewer?

Economical?

These sewers have never been about being economical for the homeowner or an aid to the public health!

This scam was all about fast cash for developers!

Period!

Hell, look at the mess that is the DCRSD!

It is all about lining the pockets of its board members, as High Ridge, the reason the DCRSD was formed, is still dumping raw sewage into Hogan's Creek!

Anonymous said...

During power outages will the utility providers with forced sewage lines be able to accept the sewage from the grinder pumps that have stand-by power? That is, will the forced sewer mains from the provider be shut down and over flow?

Anonymous said...

That is, will the forced sewer mains from the provider be shut down and over flow?

Good question.

One would hope that these pumping stations would have some form of back up power.

But who knows.

These sewers on the cheap are just to profit Maxwell and Company, I'm sure little thought has gone into the contingency of wide-spread power outages.

These crooks are fixing to leave the taxpayers with a big, expensive mess.

Anonymous said...

It comes to mind that VRUC has I&I issues with a 1 million gallon overflow lagoon that's not large enough to contain or control stream pollution.
How will St Leon accept sewage during power outages if it doesn't have a large lagoon for pollution control during power outages and other emergencies?
Does St Leon have emergency power to their pumping stations and emergency alarm systems?

Anonymous said...

Hundreds of households that can't flush when the power goes out, it matters not if the sewer plant can accept sewage that cannot flow, unless folks are also "forced" to purchase generators.

Try pricing a generator and installation.

And with a generator, you have yet another maintence issue for the homeowner.

These "cheap" sewers keep getting more and more expensive for the homeowner.

Anonymous said...

"Hundreds of households that can't flush when the power goes out, it matters not if the sewer plant can accept sewage that cannot flow, unless folks are also "forced" to purchase generators."

Generators won't help if the provider can't accept the sewage.

A gravity system is the BEST system with large well pump stations that would aleviate many of St Leons and their peoples issues. Money is the problem and with growth pushing the sewage system development rather than developers, the gravity system would be economically feasable.

Cliff has an irrational fear

Nope, Cliffy does not have an irrational fear. If he did he would not have made any retort to the nasty question the powerful Fox-Nugent proposed to Cliffy. Remember there is a cop there who can throw one out of a meeting with a simple order by the likes of Hughes/Fox-Nugent.

As long as sewers are developer driven, expect the most expensive, least effective sewers possible.

Take the costs of gravity sewers and compare them to the "real" costs to the taxpayer and those "forced" on grinder pumps.

Gravity would be cheaper.

But gravity simply does not fit Maxwell's business plan and timeline.

Maxwell wants what he wants when he wants it, no matter the costs to the rest of us!

And this is all about Maxwell and his kind.

And with grinder pumps, Maxwell can force those of us on working septic systems on to HIS sewers to subsidize HIS development.

There are a fewe ways with which a developer cana get what he want.
1, Simply do everything possible to raise the taxes to the point that a whole section of properties cannot afford the taxes.Along comes the developer who buys their porperties either at a sheriff's auction or from the poor property anxious to sell to get out from under the tax burden. And BINGO you've got a new subdivision.

2. Make the utilities so expensive that again the poor protperty owners have to sell for pennies on the dollar else they'll lose their property at a sheriff's sale. (Think St. leon) and BINGO again you've got a subdivision.

3. Let the admirable Mr. Jeff Hughes allow anyone to do any thing with their land. Sell to some noxious organization so that the whole neighborhood can't tolerate the environment and they sell for pennies on the dollar to a developer and BINGO another Subdivision.

A great analogy of the conservative vs liberal:
"Have's and the Wantabee's".
--------------------------
Father-Daughter Talk
A young woman was about to finish her first year of University. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be a very liberal Federal liberal, and among other liberal ideals, was very much in favor of higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words redistribution of wealth.
She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Conservative, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures
that she had participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.
One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the need for more government programs. The
self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.
Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn't even have time for a boyfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.
Her father listened and then asked, "How is your friend Audrey doing?"
She replied, "Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy
classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; University for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over."
Her wise father asked his daughter, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2. 0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA."
The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That's a crazy idea. How would that be fair? I've worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!"
The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the
Conservative Party."

Will Jeff and Rick sit on the Comp Plan as long as John and Brett have sat on the High Ridge fix?

Anonymous said...

Are Ewbank and Kramer still working diligently tying everyone's hands to better enable Maxwell to pick our pockets?

Anonymous said...

Will Maxwell be given tours around his septic tank and leech field this spring?

To show the rest of us what a "working" septic system looks like?

Maybe Lawrenceburg Council Members could take the tour before Watson's appearance before them?

Anonymous said...

Will Maxwell be attending the Council Meeting with Watson? Being an engineer, he could answer many questions for the Council and if some of the questions are not "soft balls" lobbed John's way, he could have Bob Ewbank backing him up, ready to snarl at the offending Council Members!

Anonymous said...

Always men of their word, John Maxwell and Brett Fehrman were down at Hogan's Creek this past week to "get things done" for the residents of High Ridge.

They were last seen putting up a rope swing and bringing in sand for a beach like setting down at the creek for the children of High Ridge have a place to play this summer.

Anonymous said...

Notice that Pruss and Ensweiler have done such a wonderful job fixing High Ridge that Rick and Jeff re-appointed them for three more years.

Dang if Rick and Jeff's hands ain't tied!

But Rick and Jeff are on "RECORD" being against "FORCED" hook-ups!!!

And if Johnny says he is against forced hookups, you can take that to the bank, mister!

Dozens of improvements

By Erika

Excerpt:

"Any other work depends on what development comes along, but "I think we're prepared for just about anything," said Davis.
"I like to think of it as building a house. If you have a good foundation then you can do whatever you need to do," said Davis.
Many of the smaller projects on the list are lift stations and new sewer lines.
Lawrenceburg is on a gravity sewer system, and uses the periodic lift stations to get the sewerage over hills so it can flow downhill to the sewer plant, said Davis.
The gravity system with lift stations is the best type of sewer system for utility operators and for customers, said Davis."

But if it isn't putting money into Maxwell's pockets, now, then screw what is the best type of sewer system for utility operators and for customers!

Right Mr. Watson?

And Lawerenceburg believes in working out from existing infrastructure, efficiently and economically for the customers.

Maxwell does not care one bit about the ultimate costs to his sewers' customers.

Right Mr. Watson?

Anonymous said...

Raise your hands if you are on Lawrenceburg's gravity sewer system?

Now let us see the hands of those on Lawrenceburg's gravity sewer system who can flush their toilets during a common power outage?

Well, what do you know!

Anonymous said...

So, those folks with elderly parents or grandparents on Lawrenceburg's sewers, don't have to make sure their elderly parents/grandparents have camping commodes, complete with plastic bags for their waste, next to their toilets when the power goes out?

Where's the fun in that?

Anonymous said...

All full camping commode bags to be sent to either John Watson, John Maxwell or Chuck Andres for disposal.

Thank you for choosing St. Leon Sewers for all your crappy needs.

A great advertizing idea:

Some commode bags could have "Ewbank and Kramer" on them, but that would seem somewhat redundant.

Why didn't Fox and Hughes ask questions concerning power outages and pressurized sewers and the real public health consequences of such when they formed the dcrsd?

Were they complicit in the scam or just incompetent?

Either way, they need to be "fired" by the voters.

Why hasn't Doug Baer moved to condemn High Ridge Estates?

Would that put too much pressure on Mr. Maxwell?

And Mr. Maxwell doesn't handle pressure well?

why do you keep putting Liz and Maynard in the same category?

But they are willing to throw millions more of our money to Maxwell who will then force more of us to subsidize his sewers for his development.

Anonymous said...

Just two more Maxwell lackeys.

Anonymous said...

One of the biggest scams in this state is St. Leon's sewers. Those two (Barrott and Morris) are willing to ADD to the misery of the poor people up there and they are backing Maxwell and Fehrman to start doing the same to the rest of us down here starting on West 50.

Anonymous said...

Liz and her buddy support the dcrsd, who intend on sewering entire regions with sewers that do not work during power outages.

All to line Maxwell and Company's pockets.

Anonymous said...

In a nutshell:
If St Leon extended their sewers with gravity systems I'd be ok. With Pressure sewers St Leon is transfering the upfont costs of expansion and future problems to the customers. That's BAD GREEDY management!

Anonymous said...

Sewers so bad Maxwell will not hook his house to them.

But even that little news tid-bit concerns Liz not.

We need political leaders who lead.

Not herded like cattle by the likes of Maxwell!

If these developers want to sell lots that cannot reach gravity sewers and want to offer pressurized sewers to particular homeowners and those homeowners understand all the costs, limitations and public health concerns of such sewers, fine. But sewering entire regions with pressurized sewers, forcing those on working septic systems onto pressurized sewers, is madness driven by greed!

Anonymous said...

How many days has the DCRSD been in existence?

We need to start running a daily tally as to the days that the DCRSD Board has permitted High Ridge Estates to continue to dump raw sewage in Hogans.

That would be great. Maybe Chris could post it daily at the top of her blog page?

Very well said. Let the developers handle the out of the system expenses and see if the providers want to accept the remedial techology for sewering their district.

Is there a sewer line in front of Maxwell's house? Does anyone know for sure, or are we all just shooting our mouths off?

Anonymous said...

According to this exchange at a DCRSD meeting, I would say yes, there is a line in front of Maxwell's home:

7 December 2007 DCRSD Meeting

Some one asked Maxwell if he was on sewer. It is in front of his house; but, he's not hooked on.

Baer: It's wrong not to hook on.

Maxwell: Need to say________ need to hook on, if notice by the Board of Health. There has to be a process to force hook on.

Baer: If you don't who will force.

Anonymous said...

Boy Doug Baer did not want to dwell on that matter very long.

Don't want to upset Mr. Maxwell.

Anonymous said...

Way to go John!

By the way, is HVL still dumping raw sewage into Double Lick Creek?

Development interests' greed, really did a number on the VRUC, did they not?

Weren't their some development interests actually trying to propose more "growth" on to HVL's crumbling sewer infrastructure?

In response to the question about Maxwell's residence: He lives on the same street that I live on. Mine is called Whites Hill; as it crosses North Dearborn Rd. it is called Mt. Pleasant. Different name but same street. He's about 5 or 6 houses South of the intersection.

Recently he spent thousands in retrofitting his facade, he added an abundance of stonework, and yet remains reluctant to connect to the sewer running about 50' from his front door.

Can anyone answer why my family has been notified by certified letter that we MUST connect to St. Leon's sewer. Then answer why my family has be sued in a law suit because refuse to comply with the Mandatory Letter.

I'm the same county resident that he is, I'm the same skin color, age, gender and religion that he is. We both have houses on the same street and the same sewer line crosses our path.

He seems to be exempt from the ordinance [law] that has underpinned me for the past 33 months. He has even been "awarded" for his resistance by an appointment to the DCRSR board.

His business interests are proactively going after homeowners from the surrounding metropolitan areas [where I came from] so now my final question in this response ; Is this how we are all going to be treated once we enter the Gates of Maxwell's Eden? Oh, one other thing, is telling the truth slanderous? Is this memo an Ad Hominum [sp ?] attack because I mentioned my neighbor's name? Or am I just being argumentative? Can someone define these adjectives - don't try, we'll hire more attorneys to parse our speech! What a County!!!! TH
