16 JANUARY 2020 Dearborn County Redevelopment Meeting Notes
Present: Jim Deaton, Chairman, Dave Deddens, Jim Helms, Diane Bender, and Alan Goodman.
ABSENT:Jamie Graf (non- voting school board member) was present for executive session but left at 9.
Also present:Sue Hayden, county administrator and minute taker, Andrea Ewan, attorney
ABSENT: Connie Fromhold, Auditor and DCRC treasurer.
Title VI statement read as legally required.
Executive session per IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (9) preceded this meeting. Board verified and certified that they only discussed matters as advertised and signed the memorandum to that effect.
ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION: Allow Deaton to summarize and proceed with the personnel matter process as discussed in executive session.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES- January 9, 2020 Meeting minutes approved
CLAIMS AND FINANCIALS- none- but Hayden got a call from Randall this morning that the bill from Land Consultants was $2,500. She will use the Duke Readiness Fund to pay for this. Approved previously to give her discretion to do this.

ONE DEARBORN REPORT: Randall told Hayden she wouldn’t be at this meeting, because she didn’t think there was anything that pertained to her. Perleberg was unavailable at Ball State in training.
