Present: Liz Morris, President, Dennis Kraus. Sr., Dan Lansing, Kevin Turner, Tim Doll, Alan Goodman, and Bill Ullrich.

TRANSFER OF FUNDS

Planning and Zoning- $5277 from fund 4939.11406 (part time) into 4939.31105 (planning consultant contract) - Leah Bailey presented for this- Approved

AUDITOR – Connie Fromhold

Minutes from November 26, 2019 were approved with Kraus Sr. abstaining as he wasn’t at that meeting.

Salary Ordinance- For 2020- Approved

Meeting Dates for 2020 approved. (Tues May 26 ,Nov 17, Aug 10-14  Budget hearings Sept 3 and Sept 18 for budget approvals)

Whitewater Mills want to request an abatement on 2 more silos creating $4-5 million of assessed value. Currently paying $600,000 on personal property and they get money off that and paying they bonds.No additional jobs on this project. Council felt that this was asking too much. They agree it is a great company. $22.40 / hr was agreed to be average wages and they have not met that apparently. They also feel that with raising taxes in the county that this would not be good to do this. Connie will let them know that Council is not interested in doing that.

Leah Bailey let them know that she’s creating a new budget location for uploading some of the things they have approved. Just a housekeeping item
