Can anyone see any potential conflict of interest issues in this?
I sure can.

Hrezo is chomping at the bit to make the taxpayers silent partners in his and all his buddies' development plans!

It would seem that Hrezo's idea of Public Service is having the Public Service all his development needs!

With Hrezo's signing of a conflict of interest form, Hrezo's engineering firm can be Greendales sole engineering firm.

Now that's Scarey Halloween thought!

Some folks run for office with an eye to helping the constituents...

...some simply run for office with an eye to helping themselves to the constituents' savings!

Hrezo and Fehrman seem to be two of the latter!

Why would he be backing Hrezo?

Why would he be backing Hrezo?

The present officials at Greendale made him "toe the mark", follow the ordenances and masterplans. Most of the contributers to Hrezo's campaign want control. If that happens you can "throw the rules out the window".

"Most of the contributers to Hrezo's campaign want control. If that happens you can "throw the rules out the window"."

Yeah, sure!
Doug Hedrick -Incumbent has already taken care of that.

Why are Hrezo's contributors mostly those who stand to benefit from a Mayor favorable to business and development? It seems Hrezo is being bought and paid for.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, sure!
Doug Hedrick -Incumbent has already taken care of that.

How?

Anonymous said...

How?

Don't expect an answer...just like Hrezo did in the WSCH debate, these development toadies just want to throw out lies!

To find out more about the DCRSD todies, developer/realtor/lawyers, you should at least go to one DCRSD meeting .
The next DCRSD meeting is TONIGHT Nov 1 at 7:00pm at the commissioners room in the Court house annex.

It only takes one look at these donations and you can see the agenda for Hrezo's tenure should he be elected.
Big color ads require big money.
You can bet the final campaign forms filed will show even more "big developer" money.
But that will be too late for the voters.
Greendale has plotted a course of development at a pace they can absorb without undue hardship on their citizen taxpayers.
As usual- it isn't FAST enough or EASY enough for some developers.
FAST AND EASY- sounds like a slogan for a whore house.

Why buy the cow (whore house), when you get the milk (screwing the taxpayer) for free!

I guess a full page add in the news paper is free!!!!

Have you ever thought of paying your OWN way?
You should try it sometime. It's a little old fashion but it keeps the users at bay.
There's still more disclosure statements coming.
Keep your eye open.

Have you ever thought of paying your OWN way?

They believe in paying just enough of their own way to buy a politician to force the rest of us to pay their remainders!

The finance forms list all contribuitions to the due date of Oct 19. Ads get paid for as they are run. Any contribution between October 19 and the present- unless itis $1000 from a single contributor- will not show up till teh year end report for the candidate. A little loophole in teh system- unfortunately.

"A little loophole in teh system- unfortunately."

Not a loophole, but forethought on the part of our beloved politicians.

County Buying Out High Ridge Estates In That It Is Getting In Way Of The Profitability Of Gabbard Estates

Dennerline, after getting his trailer park sewered on our dime, pretty much suggested the County buy out High Ridge. I think he realized that there was not enough money left to fix High Ridge and sewer Brett's subdivision. The DCRSD is a magnet for the corrupt and the deceitful!

I find it hard to belive that Hrezo (per Paul Tremain) would assign his company as the Greendale Consulting Engineer.

But it would not be surprising with how backwards Dearborn County is.

Anonymous said...

In this county - it would seem NORMAL to do something that conflictual.

Many of us in the business and professional world, when we need more capital, we work harder and possibly get loans.

Hrezo, Fehrman, Maxwell and all the usual suspects, run for office or get appointed to boards, to tap the taxpayer for their needed capital.

Hrezo is not following sign ordinances.
He has waaaaay to many signs per lot.
One per lot is allowed.
If he starts like this "Katey bar the door" if he is elected.
Integrity is not in the cards for Greendale!

What is the news on the pornographic flyer sent out during the election? Very little has been said about it since the election. Is the investigation ongoing or has it been dropped?
