Times are looking increasingly tough for our realtors/developers/bankers/title attorneys, so we must all be on guard for increased attacks on our tax dollars by these groups to subsidize "their" bad times!
Because, of course, these are the politcally connected and powerful of the County and they should not have to feel any pain in the upcoming months or years!
Their goal is to make sure the rest of us suffer the toll of what should be their losses!
So lets build the Fehrmans, Maxwells, Tuckers and the like, sewers to homes that likely will not get built, or if built, will likely not get sold in the next 5 years or so!
It is only just our tax dollars!
And some of us may be lucky to both pay for these sewers through our tax dollars and also through being forced to pay for these sewers because of the mere happenstance of living next to these subdivisions!
Maybe tax breaks for these new sewered homes?
We cannot do enough for our movers and shakers!
Maybe we can build larger schools for even more homes?
How about we hire full time fire and emt's?
And hell, instead of having corrections out picking up trash in their orange vests, lets put a few hammers in their hands and put them to work for Fehrman!
