Stenger read the Public Access Statement as legally required.

Minutes: August 21st Minutes- Approved with amendment saying the August 7 Minutes were tabled. The August 7 Minutes were also Approved. 

Public Comment: none

Project Updates: Christy gave the updates below. 

Guilford- moving along. Gene Cleary helped clear up something about the park there with the project.

Dillsboro- Christy - A week ago they hit a fiber line that was mismarked by locator (??811) along US50. There are about 4 homes along US 50 that there was a question regarding if they were part of the DCRSD served portion. 

Jeff Meinders gave detailed report on Brightspeed not being responsive for locating cable for them in Dillsboro and also in Guilford project.

Meinders said production on Lake Dildear has gone down until they can get cable locations etc. 

Travis Feiss asked about sewer rates and cost to hook on and Meinders has not gotten back to him until the board advised him about this. Big discussion about getting the water to him and also the meter that North Dearborn Water requires. Meinders will talk to Gaynor at North Dearborn water. There is a 10x10 piece of property that is part of this process that North Dearborn water requires. Fox will be consulted to see about putting the 10x10 on his easement and paying him for that.  

New Business: none

Office Update: Kelly- reported billing update is completed. New rates are in it. Letter for intent to lien was prepared by Kelly. This is for those not up to date on payments. Balances owed over $200 list was passed out to the board. Debt service was updated. 

Biling adjustment- $20.15 for Millers Approved. Banta issues were resolved per Doug. 

Jeff Stenger - said superintendent duties etc were worked on and have North Dearborn and Hrezo items to incorporate into one set of duties. Can have 3 board members and have Christy from Hrezo on the committee. Steward Cline, Steve Renihan, and Jeff Bittner plus Doug who works for them at High Ridge will be the board members on that committee. They can hire a person or a company to do this superintendent work. The rate increase will help them to have this job financially covered. First committee meeting will be in Sept and have it done by November 1st meeting. Or earlier. 

Claims: Guilford $80- Approved 

Lake Dildear $760- Approved

Operating claims - $6727.28- Approved

Crossroads not paid DCRSD and $2000 behind.
