County Commissioners 5 PM Executive session set for Tuesday Sept 16th followed by 6 PM Meeting

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Dearborn County Board of Commissioners have called an Executive Session to begin at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.  The Executive Session has been called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 for the purpose(s) of:

Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(16)

To discuss…Employee health care options with respect to special exceptions for coverage.

and/or

Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19)

To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney-client privilege.

The Executive Session will take place in the Henry Dearborn Meeting Room located on the 1^st floor of the Dearborn County Government Center, 165 Mary Street, Lawrenceburg, Indiana 47025.  The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Commissioners will begin at 6:00 P.M. or at the conclusion of the Executive Session, whichever is later.
